Just like the other reviewers said, I have the exact same problem.

SneakerBoy haven’t changed since 6 years ago, orders take weeks to shipped and never pick their phone up or reply to emails.

By far the worst retail experience I have ever had. I purchased a pair of shoes on Boxing Day 2021 and I am still waiting for the shoes to arrive. Not to mention, they are currently available on their website to order now as well. Customer service has alerted me multiple times my delivery will be shipped soon and it never does. Would have given them 0 stars if I could. Worst business ever and a total scam. Give me my shoes or a refund now!

Your ridiculous automated response to each review is simply not good enough. Especially when everyone has just written that one of the main problems is no one gets back to anyone when they do email you.help@sneakerboy is just as useless as your automated response.

The manager is snobby and rude! The whole business model is dodgy … do not shop from this business unless you want to have the most horrible shopping experience despite spending thousands…

Don't ever buy anything from Sneaker Boy We don't have the product in stock at this store, but we sell it I ordered the product 2 months ago, but I haven't received the product and I haven't given you a refund This place taunts and bullies customers. Never buy anything here I will file a complaint against the sneaker boy

What a joke of a company. Imagine ordering a pair of shoes in October and still not receive them and it’s now May. When ordered said in stock but clearly was a lie.

Sent multiple emails with not one response until March when they said “end of april” we will dispatch your order.

Would never buy from this place ever again.

This place is distressing! I ordered a pair of sneakers five weeks ago, and I am still yet to receive them. I have emailed numerous times and have had no response. So, I called the Melbourne CBD store in the hope of trying to get a number for Head Office, but instead, I spoke to the rudest person I have ever come across. All I got was an aggressive attitude, and he had zero interest in trying to help me. All I would like now is for my order to be refunded so I can move on. The way you treat your customers is appalling, and the way you do business is unethical. Selling stock you don't have, even if you give a dispatch date (but miss that day by five weeks and still counting), is misleading and wrong on so many levels. If a shipment is late/heavily delayed, respond to your customers with respect and honesty. Don't just blatantly ignore them. The customer should choose to ask for a refund if the goods haven't arrived in a timely manner. It's honestly been such a stressful experience, all in the name of a pair of sneakers. Customer service is dead @ Sneakerboy. They do business in a deceitful nature. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will be making a consumer protection complaint and taking this to the small claims court!

UPDATE: I am DEFINITELY a customer, I have emailed you AGAIN (you have plenty from me) so maybe you can locate that. My surname starts with M.

UPDATE #2. Still no response from the customer service team. 6 weeks (I originally thought it was 5 but in fact it is 6 weeks) no sneakers and avoiding all requests for a refund. Yet they send out eDM promoting new drops.zero shame!

This place is a joke. I walked in to ask about a pair of sneakers and I was told immediately no we don’t have them whatever that means? Then I was having a look at another pair of sneakers on the wall and i pick one up to have a look at it and I get approached by the same person and he says to me the pricing is not on the shoes (mind you i didn’t even ask about pricing i was only having a look) if you want the pricing it is on our website… I wasn’t asking for pricing, i want being a difficult customer all I was doing after being told immediately no, is having a look in store and I was treated in a horrible way. If I came in dripped out in designer head to toe i know for a fact i would be treated completely opposite, what a shame.

I previously won a raffle through Sneakerboy so I wasn’t skeptical about buying shoes worth 1.4K through them during their sales.
I waited patiently and only emailed them for an update 6 weeks after my purchase. I got a response a day after saying that stocks just arrived in warehouse! What a coincidence
However, a week later, there was no update and my order was still on back order? Decided to look at reviews of Sneakerboy and seemed that a lot of people have the same issue. I then asked for a refund, they stopped responding to emails then. I have sent out a couple of emails but no response. I escalated thing to PayPal, all of a sudden my order was being processed. It’s been a few days and no progress from then. It seems that they only take actions that make it look like your order is being looked after once you escalate things. I want a refund please!
I do not recommend buying anything from this shop after their poor customer service. They avoid any complaints but still advertise sales which they can not deliver.

Don’t buy online or in store!

Zero star for this dodgy business. Beware before you purchase as they don’t have shoes in stock and you end up waiting weeks before you get them shipped or in my scenario don’t get them at all after being promised back order was 2-3 weeks. It’s now been well over 2 months since I made the purchase in store and I’ve spent the last two weeks chasing a refund. Like another customer review I’ve logged a consumer protection complaint with the ACCC and will take this business to small claim tribunal if I have to. The customer service is awful, unable to speak to anyone and days before you get a response on email. It’s been two weeks since I was told I would get a refund and I’m still waiting! The worst.

Purchased a pair of shoes through online at Sneakerboy Pacific Fair Branch since they do not have the available shoes I want in store. Few days after, got an email that the said branch will be closing temporarily and asking me another Delivery address. Got worried that when I looked up on the reviews here were mostly bad and they were scammed. After emailing them many times updating my order, it finally arrived after 3 weeks. Glad that their team are very responsive in email. The delay probably because of the too many holidays this month.

Went to buy another pair of Jordan 3’s on a trip down from QLD.
Couldn’t get any attention or acknowledgment from any of the 5+ staff who were oblivious to our existence.
If you business model is E-Com why have a brick and mortar store?

DONT ORDER SHOES FROM THEM.ordered a pair of mason margiela shoe on feb 4th and i was told it will after one month.went to the store asked when it will arrive after waited a month plus.the workers said it will arrive end of march.now, i waited more than 2 months i did not receive any update from the store.messaged and never reply.this is how u do business? If u cant full-fill customer order then don’t take.they don’t even deserve one star!

DO NOT BUY ONLINE!

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought an expensive pair of shoes ($300+) online in September 2021 it's now almost Feb 2022 and no shoes! It is an absolute joke of a store. Have had only 1 email responded too in all this time! It's is a crime what you are doing Sneakerboy, you actually stole my money!

I placed my online order almost 2 months ago and still waiting for them to ship out. Multiple emails sent but rarely any reply. At this point I dont even know if i am going to receive anything. I will contact my bank and report this business very soon. Do not waste your money here!

My order didn't fit so I returned. Complied with the return policy in every respect. Postage tracking shows they received the return but I haven't received my money back, a credit or anything. I have emailed support multiple times but they have completely ghosted me. This all happened over 2 months ago and I still have not heard anything. I've never experienced anything like this from an Australian retailer - disgraceful stuff.

Unfortunately, all the reviews you see are accurate. Ordered a pair of shoes and it took them 1 week to post them out. You'd be lucky if you receive a reply regarding your order, it's almost like winning the lottery if they do end up responding at all. No phone to contact and the courier company they choose to post domestically is even more hopeless. It's been almost a month and only ONE email has been communicated, despite several attempts of contacting them. *edit* after my order got lost in transit, I requested a refund and they have ignored this, only to automatically send a replacement pair that still has not been posted out! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

BUYERS BEWARE! Ordered 2 pairs of shoes online. 11 days later and they still haven't been shipped. Have emailed twice and called once no to avail. Horrible service. Will never purchase from again. Should of done my research first as it looks like a lot of other people are in the same boat.
