72Average and overpriced food with poor service. Tiniest dry coleslaw for $8, taters that never arrived for $11, literally a single rib for $24, and a tiny portion of the $15 Lil Ribs was mostly dried fried batter without much chicken. What a disappointment.
The food was amazing! When it arrived. Service was quite slow and the wait staff seemed a little flustered. Great food though. I'd recommend going in a group of 3+.
Had the Hillbilly Philly recommended by Jake - was delicious! Feel like I was back in the USA. Keep up the good work:)
Great sandwiches with really good flavor. Fried onions were different and well worth trying. Ribs were ok but would stick to the sandwiches.

Just found this place last week and have already been there 3 times! The menu is a little more expensive than most sandwich/burger places but the quality and quantity is outstanding so I have absolutely no problem with the prices.
The owner is also extremely friendly. Looking forward to when it's open for dinner!
After waiting for this place to open for almost two years it was great to finally be able to eat here. The food was exceptional and of a much higher quality than I expected. Smoked meats were all delicious and tender.
Fitout is great and the staff were all friendly and approachable. Looking forward to eating here regularly in the future.
AMAZING food. Not many if at all in all of South of the City (correct me please if you think there's somewhere remotely better). Just thinking about it makes me hungry.

It was great to be part of Smokey Jakes awsome opening evening. Tasty food, smoked cauliflower and pickled mixed vegies were my favourite, live music, professional service and good friends.
