So far terrible service. Products took 5 weeks to deliver. Refer to pictures of the quality they delivered. Few items missing. 3 emails so far. Manager Steve ask me not to call them and he will reply to my email within 30 mins. 2 days still waiting for his mail. Very rude phone manners. Please don't buy from these guys, they are still using COVID for all this miss handling and cheating. Better avoid this company. They don't respect your money, time or humanity. I feel so sorry for the owners if they don't know how their staff special the store manager Steve talks to customers. He lies all the time, he told me products were cut and packed a week ago but the delivery didn't come. When the delivery contractor (Price Logistics) justice told me he has to go twice to pick it up every time he went it was not ready. I Paid over $ 2400.00, but still no single apology for their missed management. Not even a single phone call or email about their delay. Frustrated!
Their delivery agent (another party company) forced me to hand unload a large amount of time because they don't have a forklift. Please don't buy from these people.

I only choose this person because this is the only company that promosissed quick delivery. Other all are taking over two weeks to deliver to Ballarat. But these guys said they can do it within a week. Liers!

It took over 5 weeks after numerous phone calls, but still damaged and missing goods. Please look at the images how disrespectful to your products.

I have ordered a sample during covid twice. I have been told it’s on the way which I never received. Looks like they don’t bother sending sample to small orders.

The girls on the store behind the compactor when I go there with my work clothes they are very route and When I go there as normal customer no work clothes they are very Polite and respectful.

Do not use.
I purchased some Bluestone pavers from these guys with a promise of an arissed edge at an additional cost of $300. The arissing provided was sharp, dangerous requiring us to spend an extra $400 getting it done properly.
After weeks of chasing they have refused any refund. Do yourself a favour go elsewhere these guys aren't cheap just lazy.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

I purchased "natural" bluestone crazy pavers, one of the crates delivered had been dropped at some stage resulting in a large number of the pavers breaking into smaller pieces. I rang and spoke with the manager who responded whether the pavers were broken or not they are still crazy pavers. Refused to swap the crate over or provide any dispensation calming that if he wanted to supply a crate of broken crazy pavers he can because they are still crazy pavers. He did offer to take the pavers back and provide a refund if I covered the freight costs (?), difficult when the job is 80% done and finding good matching pavers elsewhere is near impossible.

I noted the product is nothing like the example images or the product description on their website and was told the description on the quote only notes "30mm crazy pavers" so I got what I paid for.

I spent $3,500 on pavers and out of the 5 crates one crate was obviously damaged, when raising the issue I was met with a dismissive attitude and zero appreciation of the customer. The manager also noted he already had my money so he didn't really care.

The product as a whole even when delivered undamaged is pretty rough - loads of saw marks, uneven thicknesses even within single pavers and chisel marks on the face where the pavers were "naturally" broken.

If I could turn back time I would never have purchased from them and certainly will never again, buyer beware.

So happy with the bluestone crazy paving that you guys have supplied. Will come back for future projects:)

I ordered 2 sqm of quality harkaway pavers and I received them not packaged up and the face was all scratched and damaged. Poor quality products and packaging.

Great prices and really good customer service by the girls. In love with the look of my European Bluestone pool.

I live in Sydney and was tempted to see the prices of travertine. I was unsure of the quality initially but once I received the samples it changed my mind. The way I was treated as a customer made me to buy from them. I was really impressed by Rachel who sent me samples 3 times. And the whole team delivered my tiles to the depo seamlessly. After having issues with the previous tile shop It was hard for me to trust. Thank you for the great experience. Happy to leave a review for you guys

The lady over the phone was really helpful and send me the Free sample. Loved the customer service. After going to multiple places I ended up buying here because of friendly customers service and cheap prices.
