65The guys at Signal security are very professional and have good attention to detail. They were very accomodating when I urgently needed a security system installed for my warehouse. Would highly recommend them!
After sending email over a month ago asking for monitoring to be canceled. With no reply I called and they told me I had to be billed for another month.
Then continued to say I would need to post the toggle out of my pocket or be charged $660
Or have someone come out and pick it up and charged a call out fee.
I would of stayed once I moved premises but no chance now!

I have been a customer for 12 years and had nothing but great dealings with this company. Reliable continued service with maximum piece mind.thanks for watching my home when i'm not.
Dont recommend this company, after 7 years i decided to cancel service as moving to new house soon.these guys cancelled service but charged direct debit, when asked why, answer was need 30 days notice to cancel and dont refund. For $28 lost a customer, smart customer service. They wont be getting my business for sure and also wont recommend then anymore.
I’ve been a customer if Signal Security for a few years and keep resigning every year. Their techies are always helpful and the office staff are friendly and try to resolve any issues.
