If I could give the 0/5 for customer service I would. Appalling service. Forget that above it says open 24 hours - not true. Technicians are unavailable after 4.30 - even with an emergency need for a technician I was told that it wouldn't be the next day - I would just have to wait. After an unsatisfactory call with a customer experience specialist (his description not mine!) on Wednesday I asked for a manager to call me back the next day as none were available at that time. A Team Leader did on Thursday and I was on the phone and unable to take his call. I called back and asked to be put through to him. I was told I was being put through to him, then waited on the phone for 20 minutes. After which time I gave up - customer service is clearly not their concern!

The sales and installation experience were both very good as was the account management process. Sean and Daniel did a great job putting the system in. Curtis

I used Signal Security for supply and installation of security and vidio systems and found them easy to work with and very professional.

Terrible. They call at all hours of the day and night to let you know there is a 'fault' with the alarm system. Last night the call came at 4am. There are service faults all the time. I have left important meetings thinking that there is a real problem. When I ask what I am supposed to do with that information, they say 'nothing, we just wanted to let you know'. If you don't answer, they call your emergency back ups, and worry them. Despite a dozen of these meaningless service fault calls, they won't send a repair person to fix it unless you finally demand someone come. However, I understand only have 1 repair person these days because they are short-handed. The last repair person who came said everything was fixed, but it wasn't, the meaningless fault notifications began again within about 24 hours.

Lucy was extremely helpful with sorting out some old invoices I needed for my records. Had them within minutes after I called, great service! Thank you Lucy!

We have been with Signal Security for over 20 years and just today switched to the new wireless system. Jeff the technician was fantastic and got me up to speed with the mobile app which is simple sensational all this thanks to Lucy for making it happen and happen fast.

My new alarm system was installed quickly and easily with minimum fuss. The technician was professional and easy to communicate with and explained the system to me afterwards. I'd highly recommend Signal Security to anyone looking for home security systems.

Signal Security are a wonderful team that I would gladly go back to again.
