Great service, pleasant/professional/effecientservice staff, rescheduled sooner as availability which was a bonus, been with them for years and always found them great.

Just had a service technician out as having problems with the smoke alarm and main unit. He was very friendly and efficient, explained everything he was doing.

I used this company to install 4 HikVision cameras at my home in 2019 and a replacement NVR in 2023. I've found them to be courteous and professional and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

The team at Signal Security have been efficient and responsive with us. We had Krishank looking after us from the start, no issues so far, and has been reliable. Thank you Signal Security and keep up the good work.

Krishank even assisted in requesting for service of a minor issue and made sure it was rectified as per mu request. I am really impressed by the professionalism of Signal Security. Will recommend them anyday.

Fantastic service from Krish and the team! All the pre install and post install went smooth. After the installation the technician and Krish followed up that the job was all good and if so how they can help, but at the end of the day great service from Krish and the team.

Amazing customer service the team were understanding of my needs concerns and ensured they made every effort to help get my system up and running again. Myles and the team were great. Myles went out of his way to ensure all went well and smooth and phoned to check everything was ok once the job was done. Billy the technician was great and explained the process as he went along with the job.

After spending months doing research, the team at signal security were nothing but the best right from the beginning. I signed up to an alarm monitoring and got my system installed. The team were understanding of my specific needs and concerns and made sure they provided a service that catered to that. Other companies were not open to listening to my concerns and it was simply what they offered or nothing so knowing that signal security were understanding and open to what I needed made me feel at ease.

This has been an amazing experience from the beginning with the design and quotation, communication, installation and instructions. I am a trades person myself and the two guys who did the installation were perfection in all aspects. So many thanks.

Great sales customer service, but we had issues with the service once the system is installed and there were minor errors. We had technicians fail to show up twice in a week, receiving a call from Signal either after the time the technician was meant to show up or 3 minutes before the window of time was about to expire. That said, I appreciate Signal now working hard to rectify these errors.

Needed a battery replaced. Technician called before hand to let me know more accurate time they would be there and he was, even a bit early - can't ask more than that. He made a good suggestion to replace the other siren battery at the same time to avoid another call out (and the cost of one). Very Happy

Fantastic customer service! Smooth installation of my alarm system and great ongoing alarm monitoring.

Its been 4 months since I got my system installed and signed up to an alarm monitoring agreement. Right from the get-go I felt like the team members listened to my concerns and provided a solution that actually fit my needs. The solutions I was offered by other companies was extremely generic and didn't feel as though they had listened to anything I had said.

Would highly recommend Signal to anyone that values good customer service and a security system that has added functionality.

After trying to contact multiple different security companies throughout Victoria, there was only one that made the effort to return my phonecalls and emails in a reasonable time. From start to finish, Signal Security could not be more helpful. Sean guided me throughout the entire process and was always upfront and honest with the costs and the pros and cons on all the available security options available to me.

The A-team technicians (sorry guys, I don't remember your names), turned up when they said they would and got the job done. The installation was thoroughly clean and very professional. The security system was tested and everything explained in-depth to me before they left. They even took all their rubbish with them.
