PHONE WAIT IS REDICULOUS. Dont bother to call and say your running late, you'll wait on hold for minimum 6min. Actual service when there is great though.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Amit Singh for 6 months now for my acne and my skin has been quite good now compared to how it was. Really thankful to Dr. Amit.

Went for Flu vax. Called me within minutes of my booking time. Nurse gave me the shot with the Doctor there. Quick and painless.

I came in with a severe and painful ear infection. Unable to see my regular GP due to the long weekend; I was treated by Dr Dong Hong Xu, who was highly sympathetic observant and thorough. She communicated well, took my past medical history into account and looked at my symptoms to formulate a treatment plan and make me more comfortable.
This is the first time that I have been to the clinic so my review pertains to the treating doctor; however, I must add that the wait was short and express gratitude to the professional reception staff.

Please save your time and don’t attend to this clinic! Absolutely horrible place. The staff are rude and unorganised. Had been waiting there for 40 minutes for my appointment and not one person at reception could have the courtesy to inform us on the delay. When I went up to ask, they said “dunno”…
Absolutely appalling and will never be returning.
Coming from working in a clinic at reception myself - If your doctors are falling behind or slammed with consultations, you don’t keep booking and booking on top of that creating more delays and more angry clients (especially without informing the client of the wait)!

I wasted my time there when I had to get back to work and specifically said this at the start of my consult.
I then proceeded to cancel my appointment and leave and the receptionist just looked at me and waved me out.

I highly recommend sia Medical Centre Burwood.
Dr Amit Singh is awesome.
He always give the solution by providing the right treatment.

Is a horrible Telehealth that delay for 1hrs and then the doctor just wanna “Shuh” us off by 5mins call and just assuming ppl wan a doc certificates. No! We don’t need that and they are lots real sick ppl out there! Just because of Covid exist, the rest of the sickness become irrelevant? Such an unprofessional team! If is not because of no choice, don’t even bother to go to this medical centre!

I would like to say a big thanks to Dr Amit Singh for helping me and my family. We have been in a continuous loop of getting sick due to weather changes since mid of May. We had seen other GPs and took the prescribed medicines but no help at all. My husband advised me to Consult Dr Amit Singh. Upon his advice, I booked an appointment with Dr Amit Singh and described the whole scenario to him. The best part was he listened to me thoroughly and didn't hush-hush it. Dr Amit changed my medicines and prescribed the new medicines which started working within 24 hours. Now I am feeling better day by day, Thanks again to Dr Amit Singh for his help and willingness to listen and cure us. Highly-highly recommended.

AVOID “Dr Syan Tan”!

Very unhelpful, Extremely poor communication, without explaining why… other than “I don’t do that medication” he refused to even consult me or understand anything about the reason for the appointment before sending me back into the waiting room with no communication to see another Dr.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a doctors in melbourne ever.

Aside from that the Medical Centre itself is solid and their service is always nice (even if they are a bit slow sometimes)

One of the best health facilities in Burwood area. Had a very positive experience with Dr. Amit Singh recently. He catered to my needs as a patient and provided medical help and guidance I was looking for. Will be coming back to Sia Medical Centre from now on and Dr. Amit as my family GP from now on. Highly recommended.

I had a telehealth appointment with Dr. Cooray this morning. Although she was 30 mins late, I really appreciated the care she took to give me a diagnosis by asking about my medical history. Visiting a medical clinic is not fun but SIA Medical Centre has made it less stressful for me. So thank you for that.

Great doctors, always have Normal/telehealth appointments available same day/next day. Also great for babies newborn +.

Dr Seonyoung Park is one of the most considerate doctor that I have experienced. She treats patients with utmost care and dignity, and does not treat them like a number. I would recommend her to anyone. Have huge respect for her.
