Always excellent service at SIA Burwood, Dr Amit Singh is a really good doctor who offers concise informative advice and diagnosis.

Reception staff are very nice, but I had the worst experience in SIA Burwood seeing Dr. Wei-Ning Huang. Never go back to her again.

Kindly staff, specially Dr: Saliya Kumarasinghe is kind and give his confident treatment for the patient. Appreciate it.

Reception staff are nice. Dr Nazanin, however, was very nonchalant and disorganised. I had a minor procedure booked in with her and between herself and the nurse, it was chaotic from beginning to end and made the whole experience extremely uncomfortable.

Dr Jason is a great doctor. Very thorough and understanding. My experiences have all been excellent.

The reception staff are lovely, however the Dr that I saw was truly horrible. He did know seems to know the answers to questions I was asking and was just reading information from the computer, general information. I asked a simple question of whether to stop medication for my 19months daughter after 7 days or continue taking it until
all bottle was finished and was not able to be get a clear answer. He went on to discussing various medications that could have been given to my daughter and all the unnecessary details about those types of medications. Completely irrelevant, as my daughter was already better and has been taking the current medication for 7 days. He was pretty incompetent Dr in my opinion.
This was just one question that I couldn’t get a coherent response to. I saw Dr Tan.
He was more interested in regurgitating information than actually listening to the questions and concerns.

My husband's concerns were not addressed. On a subsequent visit recently the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to get two appointments at short notice and was very happy with the service

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the services provided by the SIA Medical Centre. My experience with the Centre has been extremely disappointing and I feel that it is my responsibility to bring these issues to your attention.

Firstly, I was appalled by the Centre's policy of asking patients to bring their own masks. When I visited the Centre recently, I was informed in a rude manner that they would not provide me with a mask, and that I would have to bring my own next time. This is not only unprofessional but also shows a lack of concern for the safety and well-being of patients. It is the responsibility of the medical Centre to provide a safe environment for patients, especially during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Secondly, I visited the Centre in the morning to see a doctor and was unable to obtain a doctor's certificate even at the end of the day. This is completely unacceptable, as it caused a lot of inconvenience and stress for me. It is the responsibility of the Centre to ensure that patients are able to obtain the necessary documentation in a timely and efficient manner.

Lastly, I was extremely disappointed with the Centre's follow-up procedures. When I attempted to follow up on my doctor's certificate, the Centre staff hung up on me. When I called back, I was promised that the certificate would be sent to me in minutes, but nothing was done. This is an incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful way to treat patients.

Overall, my experience with the SIA Medical Centre has been extremely poor, and I hope that you will take my complaints seriously and take steps to improve the quality of your services. I strongly urge you to address these issues immediately to prevent further dissatisfaction and negative feedback from patients.

Before consulting Dr. Amith Singh, please be aware of my experience with him. I have visited him three times for a skin fungal infection, and each time he promised that taking different tablets would cure the infection, but it never did. During my last visit, he prescribed anti-inflammatory tablets which were unnecessary for my condition. When I presented the prescription to the chemist, they laughed and asked why I was taking anti-inflammatory tablets for a fungal infection. Please do not waste your time consulting this GP who represents himself as a skin specialist. It is not recommended to encourage such doctors with low knowledge, as they can waste your money and time, delaying the process and asking patients to visit multiple times, as in my case. It is clear that specialist referral is necessary, and I have wasted six months of time and money without any improvement by visiting this doctor, gaining nothing, and increasing the chance of infection.

Dr Amit Singh is a great doctor very knowledgeable and patient and also very caring and always ready to help. He has been the biggest reason why i have been going to SIA Burwood clinic for a while now and has been a great help. He makes us feel very comfortable and very easy going. I once again appreciate Dr Singh for all your help. Thank you

SIA medical is doing a good job. It’s been almost 4 years that my family is visiting this medical center. Dr Amit Singh is been our GP FROM last 4 years. He attend each concern of health issues. His ratting will be 10 in terms of quality and compassionate care. He always give right guidance. He is one of the best knowledgeable doctors in the center… Dr Amit Singh is highly recommended…. Great job done.

I has appointment with DR Priya Rupeshraj today and i am really disappointed. She is a bit rude and keep saying "I don't know you should ask your special doctor" without asking me about my health issues. I feel like I just wasted money here as it's not bulk bill clinic. You can have better service at another clinic which is bulk bill

Dr. Amit is incredible. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative. I was put at rest right away and had faith that I would receive high-quality medical care. He even suggested some vital tests to stay healthy and fit. He has been in touch with my husband for quite a long time now, and taken care of every little thing which was very impressive. The staff was outstanding. Really pleased with the total experience when I left. HIGHLY recommended.

Dr Dredge is professional, thorough and efficient as well as always being approachable and helpful. I have every confidence in her. The reception staff are also very professional, helpful and efficient despite their constant heavy workload. Thank you all.

Horrible service! Pathetic staff! They keep changing their billing rules without clearly informing their patients. I made an appointment in order to receive my test results which are sent to the GP directly, after telehealth I got a call saying that you have to pay $70 for telehealth. There's no way to get your test results back. The GP told me they'd email me but they didn't send the reports. I have a medical emergency and they're holding my medical documents because I refused to pay for the telehealth which I didn't know would be charged. Had I known, I'd book an appointment accordingly and pay for it. But I didn't even book the appointment for a medical concern, I booked it to get my test results which I still haven't gotten. This is a mafia, not a clinic. Please find another bullbilling clinic with actual doctors.

Went here to get my gf checked after she fell at work and suffered blurred vision, trouble breathing, and pain. If it’s only the pain I would be happy enough with the diagnosis. But the GP couldn’t even bothered to check her medical history (she has a medical condition which I would make this type of accident more severe) or have any intent to thoroughly check her condition. An unacceptable behaviour, looks more like a cash grab than a serious treatment.

Sia medical now charging $30 out of pocket fee even though you are just asking for the result for a test.this is ridiculous and not acceptable.better go to other bulk billing clinic.sia medical, pls change your payment system.

Gee some of the reviews hear. People need a free service when it comes to their health, but spend a great amount of money for unnecessary things. I have been a. Patient of SIA medical Burwood for a while now and for years in my previous clinic I had payed a private fee to see my doctor. If you are happy with your Gp no amount is to much for your health, if you are expecting a free service fine another clinic to attend and stop complaining. There are a lot of patients like me who are happy to pay. Great doctors and very accommodating staff.
