Just above average dumplings. It was super busy when we arrived, with about 20 people waiting in line. The dumplings weren't that tasty. At least it wasn't expensive.

Damn this place is good! It gets busy but even then the wait isn't excessive and the dumplings are divine. Excellent hot food for a hot date.

Suowr busy and most times you need to wait to be seated! You don't go here for the service but the dumplings are bloody good and fresh. Fast service (once sutting) and delivery of food to your table is super quick. Allows big groups but will only sit you down if your whole party is there.

My prefered dumpling location in the CBD. Quite often you'll see tourists out front watching the dumplings be made in the kitchen window, and usually a long line that stretches out over next door of people waiting to get in.
12 dumplings for $10~. Quality has been a bit hit and miss in recent months but overall good value.

When we arrived there was a line going around the corner. But it was so worth it when you finally sat down! They. Are. The. Best. The staff were fast and helpful and you got the menus while you were waiting so when you finally sat down all the food was already cooking. I will be coming back as it was the highlight of my trip

This place is always busy so make sure you go there earlier if you don't have much time. I like their prawn dumpling, thin skin and good filling. Highly recommend this one!

Tasty and flavourful dumplings. As authentic as it can get. We loved the Shanghai Fried buns as well. They were filled with juice, just like the ones in Shanghai.
The Zha Jiang Mian was a little overcooked.but otherwise flavourful as well.

Dumplings good. Service meh. And took my half finished beer away when I went to pay the bill - too eager to get people out the door as they have a never ending line of customers waiting outside

I have eaten here many times before. The food is definitaly worth the wait in line. However on this occasion I have travelled into the city from Ballarat reaching the restaurant just before 9pm to be told they only do takeway. The door sign says open till 930pm.

Fried Beef & Mozzarella dumplings were amazing! They have beetroot in them, so don't stress if they look pink. Not raw. Also the Fried Shanghai Pork Mini Buns were full of meat, not much bun. So saucy. Delicious.

From what I gather, it is always busy but don't let the queue put you off. Staff are very efficient and friendly and the food is excellent

Very good and cheap dumplings. Service is a bit patchy and abrupt. Been here often in groups of 2 to 8. No bookings. Line up before noon if you want a bigger table. Fills up fast.

The service was not great, food very slow. First they bring out the veggies, 15 minutes later rice, 20 minutes later the dumpling and 30 minutes later approx the chicken finally came out. They rush us to pay even though the food came out late!
Food taste was bad. Dumpling skin was very thick and the filling was not juicy at all.

I'm very impressed with how the servers could remember the names of the menu out of their numbers. This definitely cuts so many miscommunications in ordering. The food is also great and I love how crowded the place is. It's a comfort food type of meal and would definitely back for sure.

I love this place. The fried pork dumplings are the best, and delicious with a combination of the chilli, chinkiang vinegar and soy sauce. Anywhere close to meal times expect a significant wait, so if you're after a quick bite it may not be a good option. It's crowded and noisy, service is variable due to the high demand bit the dumplings are great and good value.

Great dumplings and stirfried dishes, traditional and reminiscent of those in China. The soups and noodles on the other hand are lacking. But anyway no restaurant is perfect.

Great prices and atmosphere. Went on a Sunday evening around 5.20 and the line was out the door (!). Lots of locals and tourists which always speaks for the quality of the food. Food was fresh and delivered very quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to go here again. I'll be dreaming of the dumplings in the meantime!
