We had lunch outside, and the ambient of the garden was very relaxing. Staff were polite and provided a great service. The food served was excellent and of high quality.

Poor service. 5 of our party were served lunch and it took 10 minutes for the 6th member of our group to receive their lunch. Overall, the food was average and the service was poor. First visit and probably last.

If your a person of colour don’t even bother going there. Everytime you trying and order the waiters are puzzled. They take a long time and in the end you’ll just leave. Service-100.

A lovely afternoon of great food, wine tasting, and great service. We spent the entire afternoon here; no rushing, enough 'check in', no obligation to buy more, finishing the day with a walk in the garden. Will return with the family next time.

Food was delicious, reasonably priced. Atmosphere was also great, experience was let down by the waitress we had who we saw rolling her eyes at other tables and seemed quite abrupt and non friendly but apart from that it was a pleasant day.

Take GUMBOOTS & OVERCOATS. Visited today for lunch on a wet windy day and couldn't gain access without getting mud over the soles of my shoes. Had a booking but was placed on a table right opposite the constantly opening automatic doors.hence the need for a coat on a chilly day. To their credit the staff moved us to another table as soon as they were able as it was very full. Suggested that some sort "wind break" could solve the problem at very little expense but was told that they had tried this but it kept blowing over so obviously not a new scenario. Tables mainly in straight rows which brought back memories of my school dining room so more suited to group bookings than romantic interludes. Staff were excellent, quick, polite and plenty of smiles. Food reasonable for the price but one of our party received a dish that was luke warm.
Summary: Great staff, for a small financial outlay the management could solve the muddy entrance and windy reception. With another "la nina" predicted perhaps sooner than later.

Service - 4/5, atmosphere 2/5, food 1/5 - was here 3 years ago for the most amazing lunch so very disappointed to come back only to suffer through sub-par food. Got a dessert to share and even between the two of us we left 90%of it. Won’t be back

Nice winery in the western suburbs! Had the woodfired pizzas and I'm still dreaming of the dough good ambiance with live music. We sat outside and enjoyed the view

Wow! Impromptu date with my man after Werribee mansion stop and this Shadowfax crew has got it going on. Amazing bubbly host and sparkling service (all staff) & great atmosphere for a Sat arvo. Live tunes that complemented and didn’t take over the vibe. Whoever is recruiting the team is a doing a great job in a hospo challenged environment -gold star! Had no expectations and came away with huge smile and rave reviews…

The chips were really good and the aioli was solid, pizza was good too. View of the winery was great!

Our favourite place to go to as a Werribee local. Beautiful set up, lush green lawns, delightful wines and yummy food. Everything we ordered today was superb and the desserts took the cake! Then to top it all, a very kind gentleman serving us went above and beyond to find my daughters dental plates saving me 6K for their replacement. He didn't only dig in the bin for us for those plates but did it without flinching or looking slightly bothered for such a horrible task. Thank you sir, we really appreciate your help.
Needless to say, we will be back soon as always.

Took my parents here for lunch on a Tuesday and the food was great. Was a little pricey, but the food was well seasoned and the atmosphere is nice.

Thank you for a delightful afternoon yesterday. Our group of 5 sat outside in the courtyard with our 2 little boys who played on the lawn while we enjoyed the loveliest of lunches - the food and wine were excellent. The boys loved their lunch as well, esp the chocolate brownie with ice-cream and sprinkles! Our waitress was attentive and could not do enough to ensure we had a nice experience. Thank you once again.
