Seymour Medical Clinic has been our Dr's clinic for the past 55 years. We have never thought of using any other clinic or Doctors and are very happy with the care given to our family over this time.

The visit was painless no pun intended and was on time and efficient. The only thing that was negative was that there was no record of my first COVID injection. I was asked where I had my first injection and informed her it was here, but the nurse insisted I could not have had it here as there were no notes. I then shoes the receptionist and she agreed that I had an appointment on the system. So the administration is lacking at this facility, but importantly it made it to the national register.

I was extremely satisfied with Seymour Medical Clinic. Staff are very friendly and professional - happy to provide any assistance required. The Doctor made me feel like a person, happy to explain everything to me and give me assurance. The Medical clinic is well set up particularly in these times with the virus.

Waited 30 mins after appointment to be seen by doctor. One minute later after doctor checked my ear canal to see if it was clear, I then waited another 15 minutes to pay. Was charged full amount despite listing my Health care card details on line on HOT DOC. Called back later to confirm the charge and told my Health card had not been recorded so not bulk billed. This is not a good impression for a new patient.

Booked in for covid jab, easy on line registration.
Got the clinic the next day was finished in 16 min

Went for my Covid jab and the staff were so friendly and the nurse who gave me the injection was very professional in her explanation as to the issues around the vaccine. A painless experience!

Well I had the Covid vaccination today the first one. Which was administered by the Nurse
It was really well done efficient and all questions were answered satisfactory.
I was also able to have an appointment made for my second shot in June.
The questionnaire beforehand I was able.to do online which really streamlined the process.

This happened about 6 months ago but I thought it was necessary to come back and write a review because I now see myself travelling to a different doctor because i'm too afraid to go back here. I went to the doctor about my mental health and instead of being recommended further help the doctor told me I should try meditating or loosing weight instead.
The staff at the desk are nice but i'd try a different clinic for mental health.

Had an appointment for 1245. Clinic did not appear busy but hard to tell because of COVID restrictions. Waited approx an hour past the appointment time before inquiring about an availability time for a doctor. Was told that we were forgotten about and that we should go and wait in the rear waiting room. We waited 30 minutes after that, saw people come to the waiting room after us and then get seen before us. We walked out of there at 1415 as we lost confidence in being seen. Not good.

Always good service from the staff. The medical staff are all amazing and theres a Dr there that is right for you

We are on a medication that is confidential like all medication but this one is different because people when they find out were on it we start to get ignored in the st dirty looks from people we know.since Dr sing has disclosed to me that him and another patient were discussing mine and belinda Mccormicks medicine. Belinda has been diagnosed with severe depression and other things and this drunk has done nothing but take her off her meds and not help her. I asked for a phone call from the Dr to clear it up but the receptionist was really rude would not listen to me and this clinic needs drs that care our son allergic reaction sent to epping for nothing not even blood pressure. My mum worked at the children's hospital for 15 years we know people and what you have done to us is make us look desperate no repeats nothing even had to tell the Dr what he needs to do gives me 10 Valium but pay full price sorry that's not right if it is explain how
