The Covid vaccine process was extremely efficient and we had no problems with that this morning. However my husband also had an appointment at 11.30 am so we hung around in town until that appointment. We then waited for an hour for a consultation which took no more than 3 minutes.

When you eventually get to see a doctor they are very good, the problem is getting an appointment. If you can't wait a week don't bother.

Dr was very helpful and willing to speak to me really quick even tho I was late because I was waiting on a phone call having forgot it was meant to be a video call. Made life simple and save time and petrol

Expect to wait considerable amounts of time in the waiting room, usually upwards of half an hour. The doctor was disorganised, unsure of the procedures in her own practice. Reception staff are nice enough but pretty incompetent aswell, be aware they sometimes call you an hour before your appointment to try reschedule or cancel all together. I would not recommend this practice, there is another Doctor surgery in Seymour otherwise you would be better off travelling to Broadford or surrounds.

DR. Mark is a very thorough doctor. He explains things well and shows genuine care throughout his consultation.

If you need a really good GP you're going to find them here. Dr Hany is wonderful with kiddos, Dr Mark is brilliant with complex health issues and Kathy the admin is such a wonderful lady!

I had a great experience at the Seymour Medical centre, no long waiting and the doctor was thorough. Genuine interest in my welfare.

My first and only visit to this clinic.
I made my booking via phone and explained what I wanted to see a doctor for, the girl I spoke to was very nice and made the booking telling that was all fine.
When I got in to see the doctor (late, but that's not unusual with doctors) he immediately tells me the full body skin check I want will cost a large sum (over $100) and any removal after that will be and additional large sum (over $250).
I said, "why was I not told this at the time I made the booking" as this cost seemed extremely excessive to me.
So I walked out having had nothing done and then had to pay $110 for 3 minutes in with the doctor.
This clinic is only interested in money. I will never go back.

In-person experience was very good. Reception staff helpful and pleasant to deal with. Did not have to wait long to see GP.
Telehealth appointment with GP was on time and my needs were met efficiently. Would be appropriate to bulk bill for this service as phone consultation lasted for one minute exactly and I was billed $68.

I was apprehensive about the appointment but the Dr Al-Shaikhli made me feel at ease and very comfortable.

Vaccination was quick and painless. The staff were very professional and answered any questions I had, thanks guys.

Wonderful medical clinic. All staff so caring, welcoming and explain everything to make sure you leave, not only feeling physically better, but also spiritually and emotionally uplifted. A truly wonderful place full of dedicated, hard working and committed professionals on every level. Thank you for such a warm and positive experience.

Voodoo Dr’s that don't need to hear what you say because they know you better than yourself.
Get 2nd opinion or just don't go there unless it is for something basic like a script.

Clean, great reception staff, great nursing staff, wonderful doctors. Always such a busy clinic.

The nurse was friendly and professional and very clear with her explanations. There was a hiccup with the lodging of our vaxxes, but the very friendly and competent receptionist (Melissa) had it fixed it immediately. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

Booked appointment via the app. Took time off work to make the appointment time. Surgery was very quiet. Waited for an hour and a half in some distress before canceling. Went to another local surgery and made new appointment.

I booked an appointment with the clinic, now out of nowhere I got an appointment cancellation msg. I have have been trying to ring the clinic from for many time now, no one is there to attend phone.
There is no email or any other number to contact. Really bad experience before even attending the appointment.

Definitely the better Doctors office in Seymour. All Doctors are thoughtful and listen to their patients.

First time at this place in years. Walked in, was asked if I had a mask, I said, no as I have a medical exemption. Was told I had to wait outside in the cold until the doctor came because I had no mask on, even though I said I have a medical exemption.
Am absolutely disgusted. I would never ever treat anybody this way. The receptionist doesn’t know what reason I have for not wearing a mask…. I wonder if they’d make my 80 year old grandma who has an exemption sit out of the front in the cold…
Doctor was however very accomodating and lovely.

Poor service, went in with crushed fingers for pain relief only to walk out 35 mins later still in pain and had to go to the hospital
