A little overpriced but worth it! The cauliflower bites were the best I’ve ever had! And the okonomiyaki was amazing too!

Great atmosphere, excellent customer service. Food felt both nutritious and delicious. A aesthetically pleasing interior and experience.

Serotonin, also known as the happy chemical is a chemical that acts as a mood stabiliser. Befitting it's name, dining at Serotonin Eatery will leave you satisfied, contented and most importantly, well nourished.

The menu is simple, yet full of flavoursome carefully thought-out fares that will tickle anyone's fancy. Favourites like Positive Pancakes or Deconstructed Sushi have been on the menu for a long time and still manage to impress the most discerning taste buds. Bursting with clean flavours and an array of the rainbow colours, these plantbased creations aren't only beautiful to the eyes or camera. They will wow you inside out.

Dr Mark Hyman said "The most powerful medicine is at the end of your fork, not at the bottom of your pill bottle. Food is more powerful than anything in your medicine cabinet. " Serotonin Eatery epitomises this through and through!

Service is friendly, staff full of smiles and always eager to please. Be warned, this place is usually busy. Book ahead and be game enough to request swings seats when there are only 2 of you.

Perfectly located within steps of the Burnley train station, with ample free parking nearby, there are no reasons to miss this awesome place. It will bring you happiness. You can thank me later. Highly recommended!

I was blown away by my experience at Serotonin. From the unique and beautiful fit out, to the delicious and healthy food (I had the nutrition bomb!), and the incredibly friendly staff - I couldn't fault it. Highly recommend!

The most expensive coffee in Melbourne! It’s official this place is easily the most expensive coffee I have had from a cafe in Melbourne and can’t remember a more expensive one anywhere in Australia. $6.15 for a small strong soy late. Coffee ok but not worth the premium price.

I've reached stalker levels with my obsession of this place. EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit the staff are just so bloody gorgeous and kind and attentive. The food is sensational with a special call out to the muffins. Vegan muffins for the win.

Immune Elixir Martini? More like Depresso Martini. The name of this cafe is a joke, as I received no serotonin whatsoever. Ordered our food, and waited for 2 hours. When we still hadn't received anything, I asked the waitress how much longer it would be and she couldn't give me an answer. She did not come and tell me how much longer it would be, so we left. We had already paid. While we were waiting for 2 hours nobody came to keep us updated on the food, or ask if we wanted more drinks. Service was horrible, worst cafe in Melbourne. Customers arrived after us and got their food before us. Would not recommend this cafe, waitstaff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Horrific experience, embarrassed to safe this cafe claims it has a 4.5 star rating.

One of my favourite places to take friends and family. The food is delicious, there’s enough variety and a kids menu. Family friendly with ample parking and Across the road from a park. Make sure you book ahead of time as it does get busy - worth it! Staff are friendly and helpful.

Paid a fortune for an average breakfast for one person as they have a surcharge on a regular Saturday. I understand times are tough in melbourne but come on!

One of my absolute favourite cafes in Melbourne. I love the food, the vibe and the staff. As soon as you step through the doors there is a feeling of warmth and sunshine. It is perfectly located right near Burnley Station and has plenty of seating both inside and out.

The food is delicious and the creative menu makes it so much more fun! The positive pancakes, Acai and O Love pumpkin are all amazing options!

Can't wait to visit again soon!

It was the second time I've been to Serotonin, and I'm planning to go again soon! If you are planning on going here, this is what you should expect:
-A super cosy space, with unique seating (couches and swings and window seats!) and 'planty' of greenery
-The staff are VERY passionate about the food. Always smiling and excited to run through the menu options with you
- You'll pay a couple dollars more for everything than your typical cafe. I personally don't mind this, because I'm supporting a business that has positive values and obviously puts so much love into its services/products

Great menu range with some really interesting items. They recommend their different lattes (peanut butter, etc) but tbh their coffee is good enough so it seems a bit over the top. We were there for a birthday so didn’t mind splurging for some extras, though it could add up if you were very hungry going in there as their suggestions look delicious!

Difficult to make a reservation but the staff are happy to give you an estimated time to wait and there’s enough space that it’s not a long time to hang out.

One of the best cafe I have been in Melbourne. Their menu is just amazing. Kudos to their head chef. Staff was really friendly and explained the menu in detail.

Expensive for what is it. $35 a glass and a simple salad. The vegetables have not better taste that your own salad made in home. I wouldn't go back and don't recommend this restaurant.

Most amazing food and staff! Never experienced such bubbly and friendly staff at a cafe before! The food was delicious and they can cater to all your dietary needs. Ps they're dog friendly! Can't wait to go back.
