Segafredo

An item I purchased was lost in the mail (as confirmed by AusPost). The way Segafredo responded and acted to rectify (a problem that was not their fault to begin with) exceeded any expectations one would have in such a scenario. A truely admirable level of customer service.

My experience dealing with Segafredo Zanetti in Melbourne was great. The staff really knows their products and were able to make helpful suggestions. My order was processed and delivered quickly and arrived in great condition. I have no complaints at all.

I bought the black coffee cups and saucers for a friend. They came well packaged and were great quality. My friend really loved them.

My previous machine had made 45k coffees & needed upgrading. Francesco at Segafredo stayed back late, was patient, knowledgeable & demonstrated just a great machine. He set it up, installed it, gave quite a few bags of coffee & products to try. He just made it easy. The Dr Coffee makes all coffees & has hoppers for decaf, chocolate & Chai.
