I dropped off my twenty year old Gaggia Classic machine for a service at 1100 hrs on Thursday morning and received a call at 1430 hrs that afternoon to pick it up.
The machine is now working better than ever so I am pleased.

Awesome customer service, brought a machine for our Rugby Union Club. Now just waiting for it to be delivered to us. Can't wait to try it out on the 30th of April for round 0 at our home grounds.

Had an issue with the screen on my Eureka grinder which was covered by Segafredo under warranty. The grinder was repaired and then returned to me quickly. Am very happy with the friendly service, and glad to be back making coffee at home avoiding the cold!

I was in the market for a new coffee machine but needed it yesterday. So I was very keen to go to a shop. The Gaggia model I wanted was not easy to find so I had no choice but to order online. After much research I chose Segafredo for 2 reasons: I spoke to a real person and they were able to price match (with a better price). Machine arrived in 2 days! Not bad at all. Customer service was excellent by phone and email. Highly recommended

I ordered a couple of 1kg bags of their Extra Strong beans and had them delivered the next day, no delivery charge. Love the coffee, it's rich and smooth and is perfect for my Breville Barista machine. Very satisfied customer.
