So happy with Segafredo! Both in product (Gaggia Classic Pro) and incredible customer service (Niklas is wonderful to deal with) I was amazed at the speed of sending me the machine from Perth. I found them via Amazon but ended up going directly through their website and not only did they match but they beat the price I requested plus threw in some coffee etc. So 5/5 all round and will definitely be using Segafredo for any future purchases.

Quick turnaround servicing my Gaggia Classic. You should offer rental/loan coffee machines whilst customers machines are being repaired/serviced.

The lovely office support crew we're fantastic with the sale and support nothing was too hard, just old school sales which a lot of retailers are missing in my opinion.

I received my new coffee machine overnight! Granted I was also in Melbourne but colour me impressed. They even included freshly roasted coffee beans. Definitely go with them if they are an option for your coffee machine of choice

My newly purchased Gaggia Anima Prestige made a weird hissing noise when making coffee. I rang the warranty people at Segafredo and they told me that it certainly didnt sound right and asked me to bring the machine in. I dropped it in and the staff were very friendly and made me feel very confident in their responses. Two days later they rang me to advise the machine was repaired and that two boiler seals had been replaced. Because I live in country Victoria they freighted the machine back to me without cost. It arrived two days later. Its back in full use at home and without the hissing noise. Great service from Segafredo and great people to deal with. Thanks.

Fantastic service, very quick and easy! We were after matcha powder at a much more realistic price than what is sold in supermarkets. We bought some coffee and chai too and even got free delivery.

I bought my Gaggia Classic pro through appliance online and it started to leak a bit, it was serviced and fixed under warranty by Segafredo. Very happy with their communication and service.
Melbourne went into covid lockdown while they had the machine but was quickly posted to me on request, so happy that I didn't have to wait few more weeks to get it back.

It took two emails to get a response, but in the end, I purchased the recommended product (a tube of grease) for my coffee machine and the checkout and delivery were seamless. The tube of grease says it's "specifically designed for all food operating machines, in particular for coffee machines and coffee grinders"; however, because it doesn't have a pointed tip, unlike the original that's supposed to be provided with my coffee machine, just be aware that it may be somewhat messier to apply than you might expect. (There was no option to provide feedback that wasn't good or bad so I just chose good and have given 3 stars.)

Found a great price on Gaggia coffee machine descaler and the product was shipped and received almost mysteriously fast (ordered on Sunday afternoon, received on Tuesday morning). Faultless!

Francesco was brilliant over the phone he gave me all the options of coffee machines available for a small business and price matched the Gaggia Anima Prestige and threw in 2 kilo bags of coffee beans.
Delivery by courier the next day and love the machine it makes delicious coffee to satisfy any fussy italian! Carissa followed up with confirmation. 2 year warranty and service available.

Brought a new espresso machine and had to get Segafredo beans… the intermezzo beans are a perfect blend. Highly recommend.
