Terrible service during COVID, unable to contact regarding a missing PC purchase sent via express, and no response via contact page. Overpriced compared to competitors. Look elsewhere before stopping here!

35 minutes for a click and collect order, waiting while 3 seperate people organise RA complaints, something their own website states can not happen during COVID lockdowns. What a joke of a place, Rowville never has this issue ever.

Mitch and Ricky were incredibly helpful, patient and made my whole experience troubleshooting my dual screen set up an absolute breeze. Cannot recommend these two guys or Scorptec Clayton more.

Ask for Walter Millsom!
I wanted to upgrade my 12yo desktop into a gaming system. I had a set budget and specs in mind and Walter came in cheaper than expected. This was a fantastic scenario as i was pleasantly surprised but as expected, i couldn't reuse as much of the old build as I wanted.
Because of the headroom left in the quote, Walter was able to find a solution for the unusable parts and I came in on budget.so i was happy and my wife was ESPECIALLY happy! - happy wife, happy life.

Been here a couple times to pick up an order, always quick and polite. One time the bloke serving was a bit awkward and it was a bit weird but apart from that in-store service is great. Prices are good, and delivery and customer service are good as well. Would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to purchase any parts.

John from Scorptec handled my complaint and swiftly processed a refund and cancellation of my order.
I thank you for doing that.

My original review is below.

I ordered a SF750 PSU from this company online.
It was stated that the product was in stock when I checked out.
A day or two later, I got an email informing me that the company was out of stock and were expecting a shipment of the product on the 13/9 - Even though this is an inconvenience to me, I acknowledged that it was okay.
But, now on the 14/9 I got another email telling me of further delays ETA 23/9.
That is not fair! You can't mislead your clients in to believing a product is in stock and then make them wait unjustified times.
ALSO they've temporarily suspended any communication to them whatsoever including phone and email? - That's not cool for any business to do.
I've even lodged a complaint and havent received an answer.

Dude trolleyed my PC parts out to my car. Thanks bro. Anyway it's always good to buy from brick and mortar. Do you really want to have to mail ur parts back for warranty? It's a hastle. Trust me.

I really love the whole Scorptec Clayton team. However the last 3 times ive been here there's someone in the front of me giving the lad at the door a hard time for their policies about ID + CC requirement for pickup. It's such a shame people can't read. Anyway - you guys are doing a great job. Keep it up.

Horrible service.

I bought pre-build gaming desktop. It was faulty and I send it back. I have been told on the phone that motherboard and the RAM replaced it. I got it back and same issue. Still it is a faulty product with the same motherboard Ram issues. Joke is that they won`t get back to you on time.

I wouldn`t recommend buying a hardware or pre-build Pc from here. It is just horrible.

Bought online from this company, paid for courier express 15 km from shop
They do not tell you that they dont dispatch on weekends? Couriers work 24 /7 however apparantly not the sub standatd one they choose to use.suggested pick up and was told the order as it was could not be cancelled.expected more

The communication between business and consumer is ATROCIOUS. I brought my PC in for repairs and they promised to keep me updated. I had to call the store to find out it had been ready to pick up for days, that was after trying to call them several times with no one answering the calls or bothering to call back. Never coming back.

We spoke with Scorptech on the phone, and they helped us identify which model ram to get and walked us through the process on the phone to order on their website.

Their prices were fair, and their service brilliant. The delivery was extremely fast too.

Very happy with this service.

Had good experience accept for getting sold a product worse than I asked for. Sales staff assured me it wouldn't matter, do your research before you go and make sure you are getting what you ask for.
