Schnitz

Food wasnt bad,
Although service, even though it was fast,
We felt a bit uncomfortable with one of the staff members constantly hovering, looking and walking really close to our table, when it wasnt needed and was plenty of room between us and the empty table accross from us.
Just gave a really creepy vibe and we found ourselfs eating faster just to get out.

Not only that, they brought the adults meals out before the kids meals, when we asked about it they said they wernt ready Which is silly because it was the exact same thing Only adults meals had cheese on them.

Then almost dropped our food. Very disappointed with our experience tonight. Will not be coming back.

One last note, the schnitzel was very thin and not very big at all.

Beautiful Tasmanian potato chips, tasty fulfilling wraps. Come here often and it never disappoints.

Schnitzel has changed slightly since opening. But the 5 stars is for the service. Gentlemen by the name of Wes, absolute nicest bloke that I've seen in the industry.

Amazing! Always the exact same everytime I eat here, the staff are so nice all the time and the Caesar salad is my fave! 10 stars if I could!

Schnitz delivers high standard Schnitzels. You can choose between Chicken, Beef Vegetarian and I believe Fish schniztels. They are all great, and but especially enjoy the classic chicken. And their chips. They are baked russet potato chips and I am obsessed with them. When I go to the Werribee Plaza, I usually go to Schnitz and I highly recommend it to you as well.

Eating in and ordering online 8 of 10 times the chicken is raw, when you complain they do nothing about it or hestate to fix the issue. Very disappointed, highpoint one is worst then werribee I guess its a hit or miss eating at schnitz.

Very nice chips selection and great price and taste, parmas are great and will visit again very soon

Most disgusting schnitz place I've ever been. Couldn't get the order correct. Re-cooked the same meal to try and fix the problem. Waited 25 minutes for the meal. Dirty tables. Give this place a miss. Zero stars

We had a lovely lunch on a busy Saturday, my son had his first burger ever and loved it. Mum had a salad and schnitzel bowl which she loved. Good customer service a lovely man cleared and cleaned our table and also wished us a nice day as we left.

I love Schnitz and food was good as usual. But they charged me 60c extra and dont have any reasons. When being questioned I was advised by staff that system is doing it since long and they are trying to fix it. If management is aware of this issue it should have been resolved long ago. This is literally fraoud. 60c is not much for one person but when you add to all of your customers it adds up. Well they offered me refund of 60c which I refused to take. Very disappointed with management.

My wife & I recently had an early lunch - our first visit to a Schnitz - & were not impressed. Service was on the slow side although the restaurant was less than half full. The pork schnitzel was overdone & the chips were far too salty. On the plus side, the staff were friendly. Overall, we would not be in a hurry to return here but may try another location for comparison

Went there on Friday night, great food and great service! Especially from Wesley, he went above and beyond. Definitely good value for money as well.

Wesley hands down has the best customer service skills I've ever encountered. He goes above and beyond to deliver excellent service to us every time we're at the Pacific Werribee Schnitz!
