Schnitz

One of my favourite places to eat in the plaza. I come in occasionally after work and Wesley and the staff are always so welcoming and kind. My orders always correct and it’s always cooked perfectly, Wesley greets me every time with a smile! I absolutely love it here, I can’t fault it at all! Love u guys ️‍

Wesley, who works at werribee Schnitz is an amazing person, me and my Partner been coming here for awhile now and he makes us feel so welcoming we absolutely enjoy coming here. Hard worker polite just an all round amazing man definitely our favourite place to eat. He brightens up the place

I frequently visit the Werribee plaza Schnitz, and it always has delicious food and great service. Wesley- is such a lovely host and always so friendly. His service is always 10/10

Nothing against the food here, it’s always great. But when people are lined up out the door to order, it’s probably time to open the second register. Instead, staff just ignored people when they asked.

Full credit to Wesley who outdid himself to make our Schnitz experience the best ever. His friendliness, service and happiness to help attitude was truly amazing and we will definitely be back. Oh and the food was absolutely delicious with generous portions

Went there with wife and kids. Ordered two burger meals for me and wife, ordered itty bitty meals for kids (toddlers). Food was poor to average, chips were neither crispy nor tasted nice. I thought it was pretty overpriced for the quality of the food. I asked a waiter walking by if we could get some ketchup, was told I need to purchase that at the counter at $1 for a small pack of ketchup.
Will definitely not be visiting there again.

My son and I go to this branch on a weekly basis for a daddy son post swimming class lunch. A member of staff there called Wesley is the sole reason for this 5 star review. He is so friendly and unbelievably helpful to us and everyone he encounters. Give this man a pay rise! He's the best

Staff take it upon them selves to make a no mask no service rule even though that rule breaches direct guidelines that states a person with a valid medical reason can not be refused service, blatant discrimination!

Discrimination. They say they follow the law and recognize mask exemption but the truth is they are violating the disability and discrimination laws and demand a mask even if people try to explain they have an exemption.

Refused service because they think they have a right to my medical history to view mask exemption.
Never going back, discrimination is not OK.

Slow and rude service. I have a mask exemption and it is UNLAWFUL to ask about it. These people have not read the Victorian government website. Disgraceful behaviour. Making people who aren’t well feel like lepers. Will never go back.

Love the salads and chips! Can't really say anything about food as the food is always amazing. Need some new faces in serving the table as you run into the same person again and again.

Yoowww, it's an awesome experience today. Received a great customer service with a Swiss roll recommendation which was really good in taste. Mostly, this restaurant will be busy, which is also a good place to dine in (Very Hygienic).

Schnitz is overall my favourite restaurant to visit. I am in love with the parmas, the chips, the atmosphere, and the excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone who passes by.

Very reasonably priced meals, haven't had a bad meal here, like the restaurant to get away from the food court vibe as well

The Front of House manager Wesley would be without a doubt the nicest worker I have come across in any business before, Wesley is the ideal person to be treating guests! Genuine personality and his personality alone invites you to come back. Other than the exceptional service, the food was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. If I could I would rate this place higher! Not a single flaw in the store!
