Sapa Hills Restaurant

Been to many Vietnamese restaurant and this probably one of the best food. However, service was just ok. We order 3 main dishes. Two was served within 10mins and I have to wait another 30-40mins for mine while other has finished their meals. They don't even apologise for this.

Quality is always good, a little on the pricey side though. Staff and manager are pleasant and attentive. Restaurant is always clean. We've enjoyed all our meals here both sit in and take away. We've tried other similar places in the area but still think Sappa Hills is the best!

Great bustling venue for dinner. Modern take on traditional Vietnamese food. Recommended. Get the lychee cider

There are absolutely GREAT Restaurant in everything, at first I clapping my to all the staff, Team work Excellent, Sapa Hills and Sapa Sister are 2 in 1 / two different building & the Foods is unbelievable Quickly Service to the table from the Main kitchen (Hills to Sister) with Lovely Food decor, Delicious, Delicious, Fantastic in customer service, Classic Wine & beer, many different fruits juice and more, I Like the Article Decoration in Both Restaurant.

One of our favourite restaurants in Footscray, great good and a great craft beer selection. I think the beer list is as long as the menu.

Delicious upmarket and refined Vietnamese food. Forget chin chin, go here. Beverage list is well above what you would expect.

I’m baffled as to why this restaurant has high reviews. Very average food (only four tasteless spring rolls with old lettuce and ok tasting duck
with basil. Sticky chicken ribs better but need more sauce as just tasted like fried chicken) and weird service - they dumped main on table first with no rice then kept bringing things out randomly and tried to take things we were eating. There was no method or process and felt really unprofessional. Then it cost nearly $100 for two people! For what? ! Will not go back. Cheap and cheerful options in Footscray are way better. Also what’s the deal with the disposable chopsticks? !? Get with the times, yo!

My first pho after 6yrs in Australia, and not dissapointed! Nice vibe and music, big menu, fast service, and food was amazing (what I had order anyway; duck, and triple pho).

Came here at 8: 30 on a Monday night. Requested that the staff close the door at the front of the restaurant as it was letting in a lot of cold air. Staff rudely objected (I believe the man was the owner) without any apology, appalling service.

Value for money and huge servings. Great staff. Best place in Footscray. Recommend Sapa Sister next door

Yummy pho, beef tender and broth very tasty, but please check your beef balls regularly as they tasted a bit off during my Friday night dinner.

Swift and friendly service with delicious, moreish food. Sapa Hills is always bustling for good reason; they are consistently excellent. I recommend anything on the chef's specials, especially the lamb ribs in whiskey based sauce. Great range of food and beverage, including beautiful, fresh blended juices. Great atmosphere, good times and a satisfying feed are guaranteed.

On the pricey side for Vietnamese food, but very large servings (worth). Clean, quick service, authentic with fresh ingredients. Have recommended to many people.

This place is not perfect, but they are very good. Menu is a delight! And generally, they get the little things very right.

Excellent customer service and delicious food. Always busy busy service is prompt and quality is always there.

Sapa Hills and Sapa sister in Footscray are simply flawless and always so friendly and welcoming - Good luck getting a table immediately but wait it will be worth it 100%. I advise going of the chefs special menu, some of the dishes are so moorish you will be guaranteed to want to revisit. Our favourite dish at this place is without a doubt the simply but so delicious Sticky Chilli Caramel Chicken Ribs. They are even better than they sound!

One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Melbourne. I gave 5 stars, I have stopped going there as the staff are sometimes borderline rude when the restaurant is overly crowded.
Still it deserves 5 stars because the food is really of satisfactory quality.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere (the tunes!) and the food is unreal. Definitely recommend coming here.
