44Hidden gem tucked in a city corner boutique hotel has blown me away - vibes, food, service all excellent!
My boyfriend and I had dinner at this restaurant, and we happen to ordered a little too much food, so rather than throwing it away, we wanted to take it away, but the staff told us that they did not have a takeaway licence, even though we only wanted a container for the food we had paid for. It was such a bad experience, I had no idea that a running restaurant required a different licence for putting the food in a takeaway container or simply giving in a takeaway container to customers who were dining in and wanted to take leftover food away.
Great flavours in Thai menu. Recommend Seafood Stir Fry and Massaman Curry. Even the Naan bread was flaky and delicious. Tried the Mango dessert. Liked the interesting flavour combinations.
The best place for Gluten Free food and service with decent quantities.
Service was also quite prompt.
