Rush Escape Game - Escape Room Hawthorn

This was my first escape room and my best friend and I had the best time! Izak was very friendly and explained everything perfectly to us and was excited with us when we got out! We’ve already been talking about going back and doing another room and we only did ours yesterday. I’ve been telling everyone at work about it - we definitely recommend!

We did the new Hacksaw room. It's great fun. 4 of us finished this room in 35 minutes. Great surprise to the start of the room, and some challenging puzzles (but thanks to our quick thinking team member who has done several of these before - we only needed 1 hint).
Game master is very friendly and explained everything clearly. Can't wait for the next room to open next month (stranger things).

This was my first escape room experience and it has definitely exceeded my expectations. It was an hour of pure excitement and adrenaline. The room looked amazing and the host was awesome and friendly. I will be trying out more escape rooms in the future.

I've done a fair few of the escape rooms the Melbourne has to offer, but this one rates among one of the best.

Went with 3 friends and highly recommend 4 people as your player count to get the maximum experience. The puzzles were not the hardest I've come across, but all made logical sense.

Looking forward to their stranger things theme later this month!

Ryan was really friendly and quite accommodating when there was a chance of being too late to our session. Escape room was well constructed and plenty of fun as a first timer. Overall would recommend highly!

We had a great time playing this game.
There were 6 of us and we all managed to work together (somehow) and get out with in the time limit.
It was our first time doing an escape room and I can highly recommend it.
Our host Cameron was great and made it an enjoyable experience.
We will be back for the new room soon.

Such an awesome Escape room experience! We had questions which were answered easily. The set up of the hacksaw room was amazing, if you like saw you'll love this room!

This was my first escape room and I was extremely happy with my experience. We would of completed it so much faster if me and my team weren't idiots and knew how to use a padlock properly. Will definitely be doing other rooms in the future.

The HackSaw escape room was absolutely mind blowing! Made us feel like we were on the set of the movie - extremely well thought out and lots of hands-on puzzles. Staff were super friendly, we made it out with 6 minutes to spare. Definitely put all the other escape rooms we have done to shame!
11/10. Can't wait to come back and try the other rooms.

Checked out Rush's latest escape room HackSAW at Hawthorn and it was MIND BLOWING! Easily my favourite escape room ever so far. Jenny and the team has put so much work in it and it shows. Would recommend to anyone to give it a shot.

We absolutely loved doing the saw themed escape room. Unfortunately we are not very good at escape rooms but thanks to Wren who was just so wonderful our experience was exceptional. We had as much help as we wanted without being made to feel silly. She not only helped us like we asked but had a great personality and attitude which made it such a great experience.
I will be taking my friends back to this very well made escape room and will be sure to book on a day that Wren is working!

PS if you’re a saw fan like me you won’t be disappointed!

My girlfriend and I recently went in to do the Saw escape room. Couldn’t be happier with the way things were set up. The young man who assisted us went above and beyond to make our experience special.

HackSAW escape room is a MUST! It’s Clever, smart and the room is designed sooo well, I want to do it again! Izak (Game Master) was awesome to work with and he setup everything perfectly. Honestly book a spot now, you’ll wanna play this game!

Such a great experience. All the staff there were great. The lady we had today was so lovely and nice and her service was outstanding. The experience overall was amazing the room they had (saw) was so fun and difficult but rewarding. Worth every cent.
