Inconsistent with the quality, we visited for the first time in December and the Pescatore was amazing.
We visited yesterday and invited others along and convinced them to order it only to be disappointed. There was no crab and when we asked why it was missing we were told they didn’t get any today, well this would have been great to know when we ordered it.
The sauce was watery and flavourless and the scallops were mushy.
Won’t be going back.

Great relaxed atmosphere. Food was exceptional.

Had a meal & Xmas drinks with work friends. Held in a room & others were in same room. Thier children ran about & were screaming high pitched screams, one of our people had to leave early due to this as she suffers from a medical condition.

Had a great post lockdown dinner here. We ate a very tasty and generous plate of seafood pasta and the Wagu burger. A great outdoor seating area enabled us to enjoy this beautiful pocket of Melbourne CBD.

Warm, friendly and accommodating pub. Great staff and owners who were quick to set a table for 4 off the street with no booking. Beer served cold, very generous portions made for a wonderful Tuesday evening.

So good to be back to this great authentic Italiano ristorante.
Tonight, sitting outside, with platanes in sight, nice temperature, beautiful meals and great service was like being in Italy.

I ordered the barramundi with chips.it was lightly dusted with flour and grilled perfectly with garlic oil and crispy potato chips.it was succulent and juicy.i wish i was able to dine in.but in this current pandemic we are not able to as yet.but it was just like i was there.delivered with care.presented to me via ubereats. 5 stars.i highly recommend trying them out.

Wow! Def our new go to! Saw a recommendation in our neighbourhood group and thought we would give it a crack - best trad pizza and garlic bread we’ve had in years - crispy base, juicy, hot generous toppings. And quick delivery. Highly recommended

Takeaway order during co-vid was absolutely magnificent the best hotel meal. Rib eye cut with a butter knife and fell apart. The ribs OMG spectacular.

I got lucky finding this place. A nice family run pub with obvious great ethics and passion when it comes to food and customers. The burger, lasagna and steak were great. Mmm. And to boot, not expensive.

Great place for a quiet drink. Nice to have the choice of sitting in restaurant setting or staying in the bar area. Food is great. Staff are very friendly and attentive.

We were recommended this pub for a meal. We weren't disappointed. Fantastic food - restaurant quality - for pub prices (cheap pub prices at that). The service was excellent - attentive, friendly and very welcoming. We loved this place so much we returned 3 times while down from Cairns for the AO. It is situated near the Queen Vic Markets - if you are staying nearby do yourself a favour and pop in for a truly delicious meal.

We love this place! The service is great and the food is delicious and affordable. Highly recommend the homemade gnocchi - the portion size is generous and it melts in your mouth.

Great pub. Owners are so nice and accommodating, food is spectacular and well priced. Bar staff are super friendly. Overall a good place for a quiet beer, a bite to eat or a group get together.
