This place never disappoints and is perfect for a savoury meal or a sweet treat. Also love that all the staff speak French and the authentic feel of the place.

Wait staff were nice but the service was bloody slow. We were one of two tables occupied in the restaurant. Took for ever to get our food. Hate to be there when it's busy.

I went here for lunch with my adult French class and it was a lovely experience. The waiters were all really friendly, and I was very impressed that they were all so willing to speak French slowly and clearly so that my students could understand! The vegan dishes I ordered were delicious. Merci beaucoup et à la prochaine, Roule Galette Carnegie!

The galettes are so wonderful here, every time. I want to try everything on the menu! The staff are lovely.

The food is absolutely amazing. Their blue cheese is top notch and in my opinion stand out. Moreover, their sweet options are outstanding in every way. Coupled with the friendly and welcoming staff, a 5/5 is deserved!

I was craving French cuisine and I got it.

The perfect spot for when you’re craving a warm, comforting dessert to fill you up. And a savoury dinner or lunch is of course a bonus of this place’s menu - with their tasty galettes.

The highlight for me was the special hot chocolate - which on the menu is called Chocolat ligeois and is a blended frothy mixture of whipped cream and chocolate. I cannot describe how delectable this was, the most comforting drink I have ever had. Not so much a strong chocolate flavour, but if you love a frothy texture in a hot drink I highly recommend this.

The Dijonnaise galette was very tasty and included a lot of chicken. The Saint Jaques galette was delicate and enjoyable in flavour, with the galette served as a bed for the scallops.

Service was friendly and prompt, the staff here are very organised and professional.

This famous French creperie is so popular that you're often struggling to get a table! Sadly today they reached capacity due to covid capacity restrictions. It smells amazing inside and out of the venue so I'm not surprised. We'll be back soon.

Delicious food, have to have both savory and sweet as they are that good. Mulled wine in winter is the best and should be served all year round or bottled so I can take some home

We stumbled upon this restaurant by accident while walking down the street looking for a nice place to eat for mine and my partner's anniversary, and this was where we ended up!
Amazing menu full of delicious pancakes in all sorts of flavours and awesome wines/alcohol to go along with it! We would love to come back and try the rest of the pancakes at some point in the near future for sure:)

Great roule and pancakes. I always go for the savoury ones as I don’t have much of a sweet tooth; admittedly they look good. You have to try the cider. The service is very good but takes a while.worth the wait. It is a little pricy but I recommend you go visit.

Caramel sauce is to die for here. Sometimes they sell in jars and I would buy it. This egg, cheese and mushroom savoury crepe was delicious too.

The crepes were good, except for the EXTRA SERVICE CHARGE of 15% on a Sunday. It spoilt the overall experience!

Crepe was delicious but very small for the price. I even paid extra for two, because I was hungry. So this is the double serving. Seeing other photos from reviewers with their crepes taking up the entire plate (some even overlapping the edge) I’m feeling a little short-changed. Nonetheless I would give them another go.

Best place, awesome and very engaging staff serves awesome food - highly recommended if you want to experience authentic French crepes by a French craperie.

During covid, friendly, great service. Post covid, zero service and walked past serving others when I've gone to order coffee.two weeks in a row.
Plenty of other options around though.

Update: Unfortunately my most recent experience was not good. Service where waitress do not smile and not attentive to you either. We asked for plates for the galettes, and we were given some that were on the side window bench, mine had dust on it and had greasy stains. Then when I ordered a double crepe with salted caramel for takeaway, I took 3 bites into it and there was no salted caramel at all - just plain dough. I had to ask for salted caramel to be put in.

Then when I was about to go in for a bite, I noticed a dark part on the crepe which had green little dots on it. Picked it up with my fingers and it was a dead insect.unfortunately I did not take a photo as we were hastily in a leave, my partner wiped it on one our tissues at the table we were sitting at.

We were going to bring it to the attention of staff for a replacement but felt it wasn't worth the time waiting for another.

Highly recommend other patrons to please check your food before eating it.

Delicious, authentic crepes made by French-speaking talents! The music being played also takes me back to France. Service was also quite decent. Will be coming back.

Great place to catch up with friends. Staff are friendly and always smiling. I got 2 x small daughters. As a father it's important to have a clean toilets. This cafe has one of the cleanest toilet in Melbourne definitely recommend if you have kids.
