Great atmosphere in the sports bar/outdoor deck. Really nice food. Maybe ever so slightly pricy but still good nevertheless.

Been going there for about 40 years. It's still great. Its changed over the years. Just more modern! Champagne, champagne, and sirlion steak and veggies. It was great!

One of my favourite restaurants, they have since renovated, decor somewhat harsh looks more like a American diner, lost abit of its charm, Sunday jazz was awesome attracted local and non local clientele, my children grew up there, I would take them almost every weekend for lunch, we loved the menue, the best seafood recepe ever, now they changed the menu, not as good as previous menue, but alright.

Went for dinner in the bistro. The customer service from Brad was outstanding. He was very professional and courteous. The food was very good and fresh. Good price although soft drink a bit over priced but all in all awesome experience. I will be back.

This bistro was voted 'the best bistro food in Victoria' few years ago, and still serves high quality food. I had a roast beef today, and the meet was perfect. And, horseradish sauce served with it was quite tasty. The staff are prompt and friendly.

Was a better atmosphere before the bar area was reconstructed. Went in there once after it was reconstructed and it was densely crowded with very little breathing space and seating. Despite this, I was able to find a carpark. It's changed too much for me to enjoy it like I use to.

Food quality average only. Seriously overpriced. It's a pub masquerading as a fancy restaurant. Last visit: (

Have not been to the Hotel in 20 + years - We had a family catch up 27th for lunch - Nice welcome from staff on arrival, Food was generously proportioned and delicious - I thought the pricing was very good value compared to other venues - No complaints from a group of 10. The FOH staff were spot on, We wish to thank Jordan for looking after our table yesterday fantastic job. Glenn Smith - Former Bar manager Mount Macedon Hotel.

Great place! Try the porterhouse steak. Would have to be one of the best around Melbourne at a reasonable price.

Very mediocre at best, firstly ordered NZ Sauvignon blanc and was given another one altogether. Steak dry and tasteless, even the pepper sauce accompaniment couldn't save it. Problem is pubs continue to charge restaurant prices but this is another example of ineptness at its best.

The Rosstown Hotel is a fantastic venue for any large or small group events. The hospitality is always outstanding and the meals are of the highest quality. Our team never fails to have a great experience here, would definitely recommend.

Food was just average, oil the chips were cooked in was obviously old had a steak sandwhich served on a wooden board which allways is a bit disgusting and old fashioned, have lived in carnegie for 15 years visit the rosstown about once a year and it never fails to disappoint (food wise) to add this time the smell from the "smoking room" was wafting thru the restaurant. Try one of the great asian places down the street instead!
