Very underwhelmed considering the price. One of the worst haircuts I've ever had and my hair is damaged from too much bleach. I was hoping for a short funky cut and wound up with a boring bob.

Staff are amazing! Had my birthday party and got a few hair up due to some training, got heaps of compliments on my hair that night, thanks for stepping in and making me look beautiful!

I had my hair cut and blow waved by Nadine and coloured by Bianca. Bianca's colour is exactly what I wanted whilst Nadine added movement and interest with a great cut and blow wave that made me feel a million bucks.
Everyone at the salon is lovely and it is a great atmosphere!

I recently had my hair done by Nadine and I've never been happier! She was so kind happy and thorough with what I needed from my style and colour, she was very understanding and made me feel comfortable, best hairdresser and I'd recommend her to all my friends 100% thanx Nadine xxx

I had the best experience with Fiona in Malvern, Rokk Ebony, after having the worst experience with BIBA in the CBD who destroyed my hair with a butchered haircut. I called (very upset) at 6.45pm on a Wednesday evening after the BIBA haircut and not only did Fiona squeeze me in but she did her very best to make me look presentable before discounting her service for me. She is a legend and I would highly recommend the team here - they will become my go to hairdresser even though I am not actually local to them! I also think AJ is an excellent colourist so highly recommend this place!

This is the first time I've been to Rokk Ebony & I LOVED it. My stylist Fiona was hands down the best I've ever been to. She transformed my dull, heavy regrowth and extremely full head of hair into a fresh bright blonde do, and stayed late to make sure I walked out happy. Would highly recommend.

I have been to other rokk ebony stores in the past and have always been happy but my first time visiting the Malvern store I was blown away. Not only was Joe, Fiona and AJ super friendly, talented and welcoming but they were passionate about helping me achieve what I wanted and went above and beyond. I have never been so impressed and couldn’t recommend them more! I am sold on their business for life now

Went here today, a bit risky with my 8 week old baby, but had asked the staff if it was OK to bring a baby and they said yes, luckily my little one slept most of it amazingly, but when she did wake the staff were all so lovely! And then of course I have to say the half head foils and blow wave was amazing seriously the best I have ever had my hair, blended tones amazingly and Nadine who was my stylist was so lovely to deal with and super talented. I went feeling anxious about my hair. And the baby and left feeling ecstatic such a nice salon, great staff lovely decor and atmosphere, lovely management and a very talented, Tony and Guy trained stylist. Thanks so much you made my day or week even!

Really great service. My hair was done by Adrian, who was super friendly and knowledgeable and who talked me through both the colour, my options and the after-care process. Would 100% recommend this salon.

Loved having AJ yesterday! He explained everything to me and listened to what I wanted and has perfected my colour. I will definitely be back to see AJ, highly recommend!

Bianca is the best stylist going round! Sincerely love her work, colour is always looking fresh and she is amazing at everything she does. I highly recommend her as she won’t disappoint. She has a great eye for perfection and is very talented at what she does. Xxx

I am 70 and Hilton’s edgy cut and beautifully blended colour made me look 50, so happy with that! Contemporary, intimate salon with excellent service delivered with a smile and competively priced. It was my first visit and I’ll be back in a few weeks that’s for sure. Thanks Joe and Hilton.

I had Jen colour my hair. She is absolutely fabulous. She’s a perfectionist and I left so happy with the job she did. I was also on a time limit too and she got me out exactly when I needed to. Thank you Jen, I will definitely be coming back.

I love what Harley has done with my hair! The colour is superb and the cut. I have a wave in my hair and Harley has cut it so well that I can wash and go and it looks amazing! I have been in Melbourne 7 years and have struggled to find a hairdresser that is a great cutter and now I have found one HARLEY! He is very relaxing to be around, as is the atmosphere of the salon and he is meticulous in his craft. Thankyou Harley and look forward to my next appointment!

Today I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Jennifer, she is absolutely lovely, she listened to me patiently and I had the best haircut of my life! I’m gonna come back and dye my hair soon. I can’t recommend this place and Jen more.
