Great service and wine- definitely go there again. Compliments to Freddy for looking after us so well.

We’ve booked a table for lunch at 2: 45 pm (only spot available). They left us waiting until 3: 01, to tell us that lunch had finished at 3 pm, then the manager said we could choose from the “casual menu”, antipasto platter or pizza. Not good enough! After complaining about it, the manager offered us beef, pork or duck as “a favour”. So we had no choice, as chicken, vegetarian dish or fish, couldn’t be ordered!
To end our very bad experience, after buying a truffle infused honey from the front shop, I got charged $21.95, but the all-the-honey shelf was showing a price tag saying honey $16.95, after complaint, the attendant said the price on the shelf wasn’t correct!
Customer service (manager and front shop) was terrible!
Food was ok. Waitstaff, good enough!

First time at this Winery and it will not be my last time. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left it felt like a warm, friendly and relaxed place to be.

The food was tasty, the set menu has great variety (unlike other wineries).

It was one of my guest's birthday and they gave her a bottle for her bday.

We then had wine and gin tasting sessions, Ben was our host. What an amazing guy. Down to earth, didn't treat us like peasants and didn't act posh.

Gave us true advice and recommendations and all in all made our day.

Did a wine tasting with my partner, the service from Jade couldn’t have been any better and made first time wine tasters feel so welcome. She was very knowledgeable on her product knowledge and was really interested in general conversation.

Food is ok, reasonable price. Cellar door service not that good, kind of push u to finish ur tasting.

Natalie is very knowledgeable and kind. Had a really great time and met few locals. I definitely recommend this place.

VERY PRICEY for wine tasting and service was terrible. The waitress did not serve water even we asked repeatedly. Worst experience ever!

You must check this place out! We booked a lunch and cherry picking package and it was just amazing. The food was delicious and the wine tasting superb. Special mention to Jade and Sonny who went above and beyond to make our visit simply unforgettable. Thank you so much ️

Great location, wines and meal, went for lunch on a Wednesday with my wife, great service and food and wines excellent, I have been supporting wineries such as Rochford during the past 2 years especially.

I booked on the phone for sunday late lunch the thursday prior.i was assured we could order from the menu as last seating was at 4.upon arrival we were ignored by the 20 or so staff for a good 5 minutes which was awkward and uncomfortable.then we were told they didn't have our reservation but it was ok because they had available seating.after seating then we ordered our wine and main courses.around 10 minutes later we were told they weren't serving off the menu only pizza and as we are gluten intolerant we had no option but to scramble to find somewhere else to eat and leave the venue.i emailed them to notify them of this experience and was ignored.i recommend avoiding this place and giving your money to people that value their customers time and energy as there are plenty in the area.

And the food and wine was excellent

We had Keith for our wine tasting and he was absolutely wonderful, he made us all laugh and had such a unique way of doing the wine tasting, would go back in a heart beat just to have Keith doing a wine tasting for us again! Great place and the people are just wonderful!

Had a good time here, wine tasting was great (Keith? Was a lot of fun), food was also good, service was friendly. The online wine prices can offer steep discounts so the wine you paid $70+ a bottle for at your tasting may pop up in your email a couple of weeks later for less than half the price. Just something to keep in mind.

Really nothing to rave about. Reasonably priced but the food and dishes were confused. Ingredients were mismatched and lacked substantial flavour. The only description accurate enough to describe the experience was just average. Lamb to share was a great portion but the gravy/sauce was thin and lacked any actual flavour, the potatoes were verging on just straight boiled and needed some more time in the oven to provide some crisp. Other than that the beef was nice but the pearl cous cous again was bland. Starters out did the mains.

I came to the cellar door with my friends and had a tasting with Natalie. Even with 50+ people coming and going, she was very informative and attentive; we hope she is there when we return to restock on more wine!

Spent our last Sunday here at rochford. We a group of four had our lunch here, along with our gin and wine tasting. The food was delicious though I love the dessert most. Churros and chocolate are my fav. Also, the lovely lady taught us a lot of wine knowledge.
Though the weather was not good, we’ve enjoyed this short runaway a lot.

Such a lovely place! Great food that definitely stands out. The staff who helped us with wine tasting was super knowledgeable and kind. Had a really good time here and will definitely come back. Love the Pinot rose, probably my favorite sparkling wine so far.

Rochford has a great venue, with very courteous & diligent staff - particularly Sonny who served us last Tuesday and he did a terrific job. Thanks Sonny.

However, can I encourage Rochford to do something to manage the European Wasps that can ruin a dining experience. At one stage we had about 6 wasps around our table, landing on our food.
