RW has been one of my best experiences with a recruitment agency. We met, we went over my resume and job/career goals, she asked what sort of companies I’d like to work for, and was very calmly and lovely. A hardly had to wait before Emma helped me I land a five week temp role, which turned into three months, which turned into a fixed contract with a great corporate company. I have never been through a recruitment agency for a job, but one day during my search for new employment I had received a call from Sarah Legge. She pitched me a job that sounded amazing, I was a little hesitant to go for the interview thinking I was under qualified. However she was extremely helpful to clam me down, best advice she gave was to, "go in and have a try and you'll walk back from it giving it your best shot! " Which I did along with the great interview tips she gave, and then I was called for second round interviews. Before the interview she met up with me and we when through possible questions and we went through as much prep work as we could. Sarah provided advice on how to tackle the interview such as thinking before answering the questions, to take my time and not rush. Her support greatly assisted me and I ended up getting the job I thought I wasn't good enough for and loving everyday of work now! Her work does't stop there, she sent me some flowers on my first day and constantly keeps in touch to see how I'm going. In all honesty she is amazing at her job and I highly recommend her!
