Often recruiters are criticised for poor communication “they only contact you when they want something ” Sara’s communication through out the process was timely and is a shining example of someone invested in their clients needs. Robert Walters was one of the worst recruitment experiences I've ever had. The staff were incredibly lazy, taking weeks to respond to basic requests - even those related to payroll and timesheets - and were hard to reach. The attitude displayed by their staff when ending contracts without outside employers is rude, disrespectful, and they lack the all decency to communicate with individuals in this regard.

To me the staff at Robert Walters stand for nothing but the commission they receive.

It was great experince working with Milisha who made me very comfortable and explained me the role clearly. I appreciate her efforts to help me prepare for evrey rounds of interveiw and also helped me to know about panel before each interviews. She was very responsive to my queries and also provided a honest feedback.

They proactively reached out to me in regards to a role. With my permission they put my name forward for the opening. Every update I got from them was in regards to how the recruitment process was taking longer than expected but that they would have a real update for me soon. After the updates stopped I tried reaching out, but alas I received no responses to my multiple voicemails and emails.
