RIO Sound and Vision Preston

WARNING: After purchasing a speaker system for an audio system, we found when testing the system that the speakers did not work with our record player and mixer. Immediately after finding this out, we contacted RIO about returning the undamaged goods. RIO staff were rude and tried to allege that since we had opened the system (knowing full well we had to in order to find it didnt work) they could not take it back.
Instead, we have wasted a large amount of money on equipment that does not function on our system just to be abused by rude customer service and manipulated under Australian Consumer Law.
I HIGHLY ADVISE NOT BUYING FROM A DECEPTIVE COMPANY SUCH AS THIS ONE.

Got some great advice on soundbars and even after I went to other places to look at what they had, I couldn't pass up going back to RIO! I got a great deal on the Q Acoustics M3 and was so impressed by the service given.

Wow.what service.didnt even buy the equipment from them and they helped me regardless even when the retailer I originally bought it off fobbed me off!

Just bought this from rio on the weekend the guy was very helpful I cant wait to connect it up and listen to my own records. I heard it at the shop he didn't have it connected but quickly connected it to some speakers so I could hear it and it sounded great.thanks rio

My daughter played around with the front panel of my amp and when I called RIO to help me sort it out they were great help! Talked me through it over the phone and it was good as new. This is why I always go back to this place.

Looking for good home theatre 5.1 speakers and the guy suggested System Audio. These speakers were fantastic.nice slim modern style fits perfectly with my house. Really happy woth my purchase

Needed to buy christmas gift for my daughter they gave me very good service and great price deal.

Got myself a pair of Canton chrono floorstanding speakers and they were crazy good.blew me away they were perfect for my music room.

Checked out the Canton Musicbox XS reviews for the beach and got advice off these guys which was great. Bought 2 of them online and it was quick and easy and got to me before Christmas.

Just bought my 3rd loewe tv from these guys my 1st around 16 years ago and going strong. Highly recommend and great reliable service.cant wait to see the completion of the new store.making me buy more gear:)

Bought a Loewe tv for really good price considering they're so expensive everywhere else. They also installed for free. Very happy.
