Bought my all white 2.1 setup from here and couldn't be happier.

Heaps of hifi stores in Brisbane but they can't seem to compete with the prices are RIO.

Customer service is great and shipping has never been a problem.

Purchased M&K S150 package, amazing set up. The staff and installation crew are great to deal with and are very knowledgeable.

Walked in to RIO with no idea what to look for in a home theatre system. Staff was very knowledgeable and patient as they talked me through my options and instead of trying to make me spend more money for no reason they worked with the budget I gave them and worked out the perfect system for my room. I can't wait to get it installed once my house is ready. Thanks guys! I'll definitely be back for more.

Went in to store just for a browse and ended up buying a couple things for my system.staff were great and knew what they were talking about.would recommend for sure

Bought an onkyo lifestyle system online but the subwoofer did not have an australian plug.
Contacted them and spoke to a person called Dani who told me that they just sell the product and that I should contact the onkyo supplier which I told her I had already done
Asked me to send in a picture of the plug and that she would contact the supplier.
Had no response till I called again for her to tell me that the shop was busy but would send me a plug.
Two weeks later with no Australian plug (which I purchased from jb hifi) and no further contact from them.
Poor service from a company who keeps a large amount of onkyo products but seems clueless about the product

Their products are actually ' In-Stock ', in-store. Which helps!: -/

Exceptional service and a professional outfit! By far the best AV store in Vic. We truly love our theater system and the quality is better than we ever expected. Highly recommend and if you plan to visit their super store you can see these guys are probably the biggest and thanks again for the follow up and tuition!

I have been looking for a while now for some hifi gear and these guys were recommended.had no clue but their advice and quality of products exceeded my expectations.there in home service was exceptional and I personally couldn’t fault them.don’t buy till you’ve been to Rio!

Helpful but when did it become okay to answer phone calls mid-conversation without acknowledgement or apology.

I went in to ask about repairing my old amp but they were so helpful I ended up just buying a new one. Great service from the lady I spoke to she knew exactly how to match it up to the old one I had and I plugged it in a couple days ago and it works better than my old one ever did. Will be going back for speaker upgrade when I'm ready. Thank you from Terry.

Worked out an awesome deal on a home theatre. Knew what we were after and worked well within our budget. Couldnt see ourselves going any other way than with this company after the service we received:)
