Wow, was very interested in a new Skoda, but definitely won't be buying it at this dealership. After a test drive was told I would get a call in 20 mins with details about my trade-in value. A day later no call.

Dealership didn't pick up the phone, once I finally got a call back from another sales rep again promised to get a call. And nope, again nothing hours later. Then got an accidental call from another person.

When the manager finally called me, got no apologies, he had no idea why he called me and when I said I wouldn't want to buy a car here with this level of service, he's response was "ok" and he hung up the phone.
How are you expecting someone to spend $40k if this is your level of service?

I had given a 5 star earlier but now realised I was wrong. All the 5 star reviews are given as they ask to give 5 star after the purchase. They don't bother to respond for later issues by simply ignoring. Beware of these people.

Love my new Kamiq Monte Carlo & Travel Pack. Arin was great to deal with. We traded 2 cars and the change over price was within the range I was hoping for. Handover was put forward a day as we were entering lockdown again. Big tick for that.
Definitely go here for your Skoda.

We got great service from Josh. Twice he brought a car from Richmond to Essendon for us to test drive, and all negotiations were friendly and low pressure. The car was a demo and needed some minor things rectified before delivery, all of which Josh was told had been done. When the car got delivered to the dealership, the rectifications hadn't been done. Josh was straight onto it and sorted it out. I can't fault the service from the dealership, but they were let down by whoever prepared the car for delivery. I can happily recommend Richmond/Essendon Skoda, and make sure you ask for Josh.
