75I want to express my sincere gratitude to the staff here at this Skoda store. Despite not owning a Skoda car or making any purchases there, the staff went out of their way to assist me when my car had trouble starting in my car park nearby. They obtained the necessary item from the company, offering their help without any obligation. Their kindness and exceptional service truly stand out. I highly recommend this store for their unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
TL;DR: Pathetic experience, they know how to be nice upfront - 0 accountability following.
I had purchased a 2nd hand Skoda under warranty, and I had some concerns regarding issues with the car- which is understandable as they do come and go - off the bat they know how to be nice - following up is not their specialty.
They refused a warranty service over nothing - claiming the car was in a "crash" and this is why it is like that - I asked how did they come to the conclusion - no valid response, no documentation, no notes.
Service advisor was dumbfounded by my question to the extent she was like "sorry, no idea, the Tech tried to explain it to be but I didn't really pick on" - oh okay great, so glad you're my point of contact for my issues.
I requested a better explanation for their refusal and got a call from their 'master tech' - who gave me absolutely nothing to work with - he said "the car's door colour seems off to him, and I have alot of experience so I know" -
0 followup since despite promising a followup, no response to the emails sent.
This is my main issue- that was made worse by other experiences.
They're super nice until they need to be accountable.
Terrible service, bought my car 2 1/2 years ago and it’s been back 6 times outside or service, customer service here is the worst I have ever experienced, complete lack of communication, denial of faults and poor work. Last time my car was in for a service they forgot to replace a clip in a piece of carpet behind the glove box, so now I have a flap of carpet hanging down in the passenger footwell that always get caught on your feet. Not only are they telling me the part is not available, after I pushed back in them for a proper resolution, as they caused the fault I was told not to come in again!
If you want good customer service avoid this place like the plague.simply the worst, if I could

Misquoted for over $200 as they forgot to tell me there was another part to be added to the bill. Also nearly $20 of surcharge on the CC.

I recently purchased a Skoda kodiaq from Rhys at Richmond Skoda. I love the car! Drives so much like my VW Golf but bigger. Still fast and zippy but with better styling than the newer VWs. Amazing sunroof. Didn’t think I’d like it as much as I do. Rhys was excellent to deal with. He kept me informed and was very professional, prompt and friendly. Would definitely buy another car from Rhys at Richmond Skoda.
I've always had great service at Richmond Skoda particularly with Quinton and Breanna over the last couple of years. They've taken care of me very well and I'd highly recommend them for Skoda servicing and warranty claims.
Today I had the wonderful experience of dealing with Breanna in Richmond Skoda Service. She was friendly, had the required knowledge to understand my issue, provide clarity and then took ownership to seek a resolution - even though she did not have to. Many others had been of no help and took no ownership. This is above and beyond and gold star service. I now know who to contact the next time I need help!
Bree was fantastic and exceptionally informative. Completed a simple service and walked me through their top up pack, showing the numbers on how it was more cost-effective long term. It's rare to find someone who is genuinely informative in customer service roles.
Jordan provided great service from the test drive to driving out with a new car. This is our 3rd Skoda and I can say our customer experience along the journey, in sale and service, has been excellent.
The customer service at Skoda Richmond is so pleasant and helpful, it's a pleasure to have my Yeti serviced there. I was met by Breanna, who is friendly and very thorough when explaining my servicing needs, now and for further down the track. I had also dealt with Quinton over the phone, who was equally helpful and very professional. I had a free car wash too, wonderful!

I am in the market for a new car and was so disappointed with the lack of service and rudeness l received at Richmond skoda. I have been looking at other car makes and have had excellent service with sales people there explaining what the cars have to offer. This sales person could not be bothered, he belittled me when l asked for certain features l was looking for in a car and was downright disrespectful.
Look while it's never fun when your car needs to go back for a small replacement part and the wait turns out longer than expected the only positive is that you get looked after. That's what happened to me. The team at Richmond SKODA went out of their way to ensure that I had a vehicle, I was updated on date of arrival for my vehicle, and everything that could be done for me was done for me. I applaud the work ethic that is instilled here at Richmond SKODA and glad that I'm their customer.
From purchasing our Kamiq Monte Carlo in 2021, including timely vehicle hand-over, to our first service on 6 May 2022 (with loan car), Richmond Skoda has exceeded our expectations in every respect. Nothing has been too much trouble, with a lot of time spent patiently and comprehensively answering our questions and even the provision of additional training. Nick, Rhys & Quinton make up the exceptional team of people who have looked after us to date. It's a slick operation and I comfortably recommend the vehicle and Richmond Skoda as the place to purchase.
