75Look while it's never fun when your car needs to go back for a small replacement part and the wait turns out longer than expected the only positive is that you get looked after. That's what happened to me. The team at Richmond SKODA went out of their way to ensure that I had a vehicle, I was updated on date of arrival for my vehicle, and everything that could be done for me was done for me. I applaud the work ethic that is instilled here at Richmond SKODA and glad that I'm their customer.
Such professional, friendly and courteous service when getting my car serviced recently. It was a delightful and easy experience.
Service was good n very fast. But it didn't include the loan car or pick up/drop off due to lack of staffs. Hope they can improve that to make the service better.
Staff at Skoda Richmond made it all very easy. Dropped off my vehicle and jumped into courtesy car. Communication kept up allowing decisions to be made. Jumped back into my car and drove comfortably home. Staff made all the difference
Thanks to Quinton and Alex for an excellent service. They looked after my car for 3 year servcie really well thids time. Explained all the problems and solutions and did a very good job.inspite of staff shortages, what I liked the most is for the first time in 3 years I had good service from this store, never before I had got this service from this store. Quinton had accidentaly broken my empty card board box (waste box) by mistake but he was very honest and upfront about damaging the box. The box had no value but Quinton coming and telling upfront was great experience.

Terrible experience. I was made to feel like a complete imposition - one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had.
This afternoon I entered the dealership with the intent to purchase an Octavia RS and trade in my current vehicle. There was only one other customer in the dealer at this same time. The first dealer who approached me was fine, answered a couple of questions for about half a minute before running off to answer a phone call - not great, not terrible.
With only two Octavia’s on the showroom floor, I was browsing some of the other vehicles and entered, what seemed to be, the new stock car park filled with new Skoda models. Before I could look at anything, I had a staff member run into the car park, embarrassingly and loudly screaming what I’m doing in there - after I replied that I was looking for RS Octavia, he answered something on the lines of ‘we don’t stock RS, ’ amid asking if I could test drive one, he replied with a blunt ‘no’ saying he ‘doesn’t offer test drives of the RS, ’ in which I replied with ‘how am I supposed to buy a car if I can’t test-drive it? ’ Which garnered the response that ‘can’t you see I’m busy’ and that if I ‘want to test drive one, it needs to be with a manager’ (which, of course, I’d expect) while exaggeratedly getting the door to the attached car park closed behind me. At this point, after less than five minutes in the dealership, I walked out.
Being made to feel like an imposition is one thing. To be spoken to in such an aggressive manner for no reason is another. The entire situation was absurd.
I overheard this staff member telling the other customer in the dealership at the same time as me that ‘we don’t sell diesel anymore, only turbos’. Now I’m no car guy, but I do know the difference between fuel types and induction types.
I’ve swayed a lot of friends and family into buying Skoda products over the years. I will now be telling any friends, family, and any third parties to avoid this dealership at all costs.
I sincerely hope this staff member finds a new career that brings him happiness in a non-customer-facing position. There is next to no effort between creating a good experience and a terrible experience.
Service was as required. Fixed a squeak but only after negotiating the $220 (just to have a look fee). Sadly you pay the exorbitant Volkswagen service prices for Skoda vehicles.
Great dealership. Rhys was fantastic, second time I've purchased a car from him and the customer service was impressive. They sourced the car I wanted quickly, in a market where most people are waiting months for delivery. The delivery process was easy and simple, and the features of the car where thoroughly explained before I drove off. And a full tank of fuel was a nice touch!
Very happy with the service received from Quinton & Alex. On time, washed and presented very well. Highly recommended to have your Skoda serviced from these two.
Very unhappy and unimpressed with the service. Quoted unnecessary overpriced fixes after seeking a second opinion. They didn't perform basic service appropriately and charge extra for basic checks. Does not recommend and won't go there again.

Staff were comprehensive in their explanations and kept me up to date on the progress of service and assessment of a couple of car issues that were present. Car was ready and cleaned on time. Have been going to Richmond Skoda since I bought the car and would highly recommend to others.
I can’t speak highly enough of my experience at Richmond ŠKODA.
Due to the lack of stock in a pandemic market, I spoke to a bunch of different dealerships, without any guarantee of a commitment on my side.
Despite this, Rhys (Sales Manager) went out of his way to provide a timely quote, set realistic expectations with delivery, and overall, it was an exemplary experience.
From our first interaction, I felt incredibly comfortable with Rhys, who is clearly a leader in this space. He also has a remarkable ability to make the complex nature of car sales really simple.
I look forward to many future dealings with Rhys and his equally capable team.

Had a great experience at Richmond Skoda buying my new car. Rhys and co.were amazing to deal with, very responsive via email, and always happy to jump on the phone if we needed anything. They were also very transparent regarding supply issues, but I was pleasantly surprised as my new Karoq only took a few months to arrive compared to 6/12 month waiting times for some other brands. Would highly recommend paying this dealership a visit if you're in the market for a new car!
