Went to get sns on my nails but I was not happy with the final result. The edges of the nail polish around the cuticle bed and the sides are rough and bumpy and even though they filed my nails each nail has a different and ‘unique’ shape. Not a good experience at all.

Best service, quality and price in Northland. $80 for SNS fingers, shellac toes + pedicure with hot stones.

Use to be a really good Nail Salon, there has been to much turnover of staff. Everytime you go there you would get different staff member, and also I didnt like how the staff were talking bad about some of there clients, that is why I have stopped going there and also other's. They used to be really good and consistent. Myself and a few of my friends had been going there reguraly for approx 4 years. Its a shame really.

I went in to get shellac on my toes and sns on my hands serviced by two different ladies. The lady that did my pedi shellac did it with not much skills and I instantly regret going there. The other girl that did my hands was young enough to speak English though very rushed on my hands and did not do a great job, she ended up hurting my finger while trying to electronically file my nails. The results on my hands looked very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place nor would I go back.

I have been going here to get my nails done for the past 2 years and my nails were perfect every time! I went back today after 2 months to see there are new staff or they are possibly under new management! I had my sns done which turned out HORRIBLE! They used to take their time with my nails and be precise which took an hour. It took them less than 30 minutes - which was rushed plus they cut my skin several times!

Used to be fast with good customer service and make space for drop ins and now they just don't care at all. Also the place is filthy!

I enjoyed my visit, nails turned out exactly how I wanted them, the stuff were very lovely and kind and very cooperative. Though 2 of my nails were a bit wonky but otherwise great experience

I've been doing sns manicure and pedicure for 2 years and i always had very good customer service and beautiful nails.most of the girls are friendly.today I was served by Eleni who was the worst employee I've seen in my life.ive seen her other times too making fun of the customers or talking in a bad manner but never happened to me personally.today bad luck for me I booked with eleni to do my sns and she first of all did the worst nails ever and she started yelling at me in front of other customers because I asked her to make my nails a bit thinner.she refused to listen to me or her boss left me and making me feel embarrassed in front of other customers.then another girl came who was asking me at what stage we where and what to do next.her boss had to come again and talk to the girl about what she had to do.at the end while I was paying the boss apologised and told that it's the tension due to Xmas season that male her react like that.im not ever going back as I don't want to be treated like that as a customer.

Honestly was amazing. They treated me so well and id definitely reccomend the place. It was the first time ive been there and i was SO happy with the results. Customer service is amazing. Even ither customers i spoke to were super happy with the place

Got a full set of acrylics yesterday, they came out exactly how I wanted and I was so happy with them! The staff are so friendly. This is the only place I would go to in Northland

Love this place. It is a must to book in advance at least by a week or so, at least that tells you something about this place.

They are really good but the only thing that bothered me was when she cut my tips without even asking how long or how short I wanted them

Had the Luxe package today, highly recommend this package. Relaxing massage, facial, pedicure & manicure. Friendly service & very helpful staff. The massage chair while having my pedicure added to the relaxation of the experience. Left feeling very pampered.
