If there was no stars this place would get it.first time visit, asked for pedicure and manicure with shellac nail polish. Just two days after paying 70.00 they started to peel off! Shame on you! Hannah you should revisit a new career because you definitely don’t know what you are doing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! To say I’m angry is an understatement!

I have done my first set of lash extensions here and Selene did a fantastic job.
I also got my nails done last minute and everything was perfect.

I would give this place a minus zero if I could. I needed to get my pedicure done out of desperation. Not only the lady was rude but they do a rubbish job. Places like these should not be in business. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

Absolutely disgusting service. I know nail salons are always busy and try to juggle multiple customers at once but this place is in a different level. I came in to take off my SNS and they annoyance I faced from the women there was paramount. They say me down to soak my nails for HALF AN HOUR! Another girl came and asked for acrylics and was sat and served straight away even after I was soaking for 30mins. They proceeded to do her nails straight away. I guess they saw more dollar signs from her than me. I wanted to also do shellac but I couldn’t get anyone’s attention. NEVER AGAIN!

Serlena is the only one worth coming for nails. Without her I wouldn't come here.

Have received cuts on up to 4 fingers from filing multiple appointments. Before I even met her another technician tried to do coffin nails on me but cut so much off it looked like a triangle had to start the whole process again with a new tech and even then the shape was still wrong but bareable

Poor and rude service, very unprofessional, dirty, don’t take any pride in doing the nails properly. Breaking the skin on my finger causing me to bleed at least five times. Very unhygienic, very rude service and very rushed services. Kept on leaving every five minutes to go to the back. Overall a rude and disgusting environment, would not recommend.

If I could give this place 0 I would I got sns nails and normally sns nails do not break but my nails after a week started to get cracks in them.my friend also got hers done but from a different salon hers were the same cost but so much more better.the blue wasnt attached properly leaving my fake nail extension to break off I spent 55 dollars and I am not happy with the outcome.plu she didnt cover my actual nail so I had peach/ pink French tip with my white/yellow nails making it look ugly and unprofessional the (it looked really bad bc my French tip were two different colours because they didnt over my actual nail.when my sister came to get hers taken off the reception was too busy talking and they didnt answer many phone calls which is also why I couldn't get an appointment and they made me wait an hour the ladies are quite nice but for 55 dollars i would never ever get this again I do not like this nail salon at all

I had the absolute most shocking experience at this place after waiting since 6.30pm for my appointment. The lady left my hands soaking in a bowl of acetone for 45 minutes while they continued to accept walk in customers and then proceeded to butcher my nails from 7.30 to 8.30pm, refusing to fix mistakes and gaslighting me saying there was nothing wrong with her work when I showed her all of the marks in my nails and the shocking application of polish. She yanked and pulled my fingers and drilled around my cuticles to the point where I was actually in pain. I used to be a loyal customer of Renaissance for years, but never again. Don’t come here.

The lady rushed me, they were extremely rough and injured four of my fingers to bleeding. Even though I told them they were hurting me, they continued to be rough. I would not recommend.

Absolutely amazing bright good quality colours wonderful also with disability they help them through their special needs

The nail technician that did my nails was very rough and made my fingers bleed when she was filing them.
There was also a lady next to me that was of the same culture and could speak their language, she was taken care of a lot better by the mail technician when she was swapping between us.

Will not be going back.

I usually always go here but today was horrible.the lady i had did my nails so thick and when i asked if she could make them thinner she said no.asked for french tip sns and she did the tip in shellac, was rough and did not care if i liked the nails or not.really disappointed and won’t be coming back

This used to be my go to nail salon but after the last time I will not go back.
I had an appointment booked for 3: 45pm and they told me to sit down on the waiting chairs so I did, I waited 40 minutes being completely ignored before I got up and asked why it was taking so long, they were starting everyone elses nails before mine who came in way after me.
After asking them when they would start they were very passive aggressive towards me, and laughing about it. The lady that did my nails was extremely rough and I have cuts around all of my fingers.
I just felt so uncomfortable and judged for asking why it took so long even though it wasn’t my fault.

I go to this Salon every 2 months for a 1 hour full body massage and 1 hour facial and it is fantastic! Hannah completes my massage and facial, she is friendly, very professional, knowledgeable about all of the products and always makes my experience at the spa comfortable. I would highly recommended booking this treatment as it’s a great way to relax after a long week. Thanks so much Hannah!

Worst nail shop. Very rude staff. We walked in no greeting.lady ask "what u want while she was doing someone nail" And then said come back in 30 mis.went back again other lady said come back in 30mins again.no time respect.
Won't go there again to get insulted.

I went in for a mani-pedi the week of my wedding. Had made an appointment but still had a 15min wait. The ladies were friendly and chatty, the pedicure was fine but the manicure was terrible. I asked for oval shape and left with stiletto; a second beautician had to take over from the first to try and salvage the shaping; the shellac was streaky and uneven, multiple cuts to my cuticles. I left in tears. I had to go elsewhere the next day and have the entire lot replaced with extensions. Will never be going back, would not recommend.

I used to come here all the time for refill acrylics until one day I wanted to soak them off and get a whole new set. The lady didn’t even attempt to soak off my nails she just began to remove them by sliding a plastic nail tip between my nail bed and the acrylic. It was extremely painful and I’m not usually one to speak up but I told her multiple times I was in a lot of pain and she still continued to try and rip off my nails. Eventually she gave up as I was flinching and pulling my hands away from the pain, I wish she had stopped when I asked initially. Really disappointed in the way I was treated; getting nails done should be an enjoyable experience but I left upset with no new nails as I didn’t want to continue the service. Please do not go here, ESPECIALLY IF YOU GET ACRYLIC

Made an appointment for 1.30pm to fix one broken nail.sat for 15mins before someone came to see me. Put my nail to soak off which is fine, but then 2 people came in as walk ins, and I was sat there with my finger in acetone for half an hour. It’s now 2.15pm and I’m still sitting there while I get ignored for 2 walk ins. Finally someone told another lady to get started on me and I was finally out (another 15mins) so took an entire HOUR to fix one broken nail cause I kept getting passed over for this new walk ins, despite me making an appt the day before. Nail was shorter than the rest, and a little crooked, and there’s a little cut on the side of my finger. So unfortunate

So disappointed by my experience here a few weeks ago. I walked in to see the place was quite busy so I asked the lady in charge if they could fit me in. She said to come back in 20 minutes, which I did, and then I proceeded to sit waiting for another 50 minutes. The lady that then did my nails asked me what length I would like my nails for sns. I responded that I wanted to keep my long length and she proceeded to quickly cut them all down to as short as my nails would allow. I was horrified and said that’s not what I asked for and the lady offered to put fake nails to make them longer for an extra price. I told her I couldn’t afford extra so she just continued with my short nails. The service itself was painful at times, cutting into my cuticles to the point of blood at one stage. When I went to the counter at the end and explained what happened, I thought I was being offered a discount for my horrible treatment, but turns out that was only for paying with cash, which I couldn’t, so I paid full price for a horrible experience.

HORRIBLE AND DAMAGING. It was my first time getting acrylic and shellac and when I left I felt like they had drilled into the bottom of my nails to much and it looked horrible but it was my first time getting this so I didn't say anything incase there was a reason. When I went back to other salon that I usually go to the told me how incorrect this was and how damaging it was to my nails. Wish I said something half way through because now my nails are damaged.
