The ladies here are so nice, they do beautiful nails and toenails, have a vast range of nail colours to choose from,

Came in for the first time wanting shellac done, even though they were very busy I was seen to promptly. Both people who worked on my nails were very gentle and careful, communication was good, really taking pride in giving the best result possible!

This place has been amazing with getting my nails looking nice for all kinds of occasions like a wedding and Christmas themed nails. I have been here for the second year in a row to get my nails done for Christmas. I will be adding more photos of the different nails I get done from this place.

I normally have a really great time getting my nails done here and have never had a complaint until today. I left in tears feeling like what I was asking was too difficult. If you're wanting nail art, forget it and don't bother. Told me at the beginning no problem and then just gave up. See reference photo for what I wanted. I wouldn't have had an issue if they'd been honest from the start. Sadly after many appointments at this salon, I won't be returning.

Nails looked great on the day but one chipped the next day and another 3 days after. This has never happened to me in years of getting SNS.

Even a small cut to my skin which bled a lot was taken care really carefully and gently.these ladies are so nice They turned my day from bad to good

The owner & her kids are absolutely amazing. Staff are accomodating & listen to your requests making this a very successful business that I’ve continued to watch grow over the years! However, last time I went they did rush & they got two people to do my nails, one pedi, one mani but within a week both sets just fell off due to trying to rush. If they limited this, this business would be A1

I went in without a booking and was immediately given a seat which was super nice! The staff was lovely and accommodating and my sns lasted ages! Put in time and effort to paint them like the reference photo I gave them and loved how they turned out. Thank you!

Had my sns nails done there, front desk welcome was great, nails done well but I felt uncomfortable during the service due to the lack of communication even when I tried a couple times and got ignored.they didn’t tell me they were finished they just got up and left.

Best nail salon at Northland! The staff are extremely polite and helpful, even when as busy as they are at the moment they always manage to squeeze me in. Quality is great.

Phoned and booked two pedicures for my mother in law and I. The staff were very friendly and they did a high quality job.
They had lots of colours to chose from and did a thurough job. Will definitely be back.

I know they obviously need good lighting to do a good job but I hate how bright nail salons are. Since it's a place for relaxing, it would be good to have the lights dimmed, but I guess that's not really possible since the workers need good lighting to ensure a high quality job.

First time to get my pedicure and SNS nails. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Wide range of options to choose from. Great service! Really can't fault the nails! Will be back before Christmas!:)

The workers were really nice, and had great customer service however, my nails were rushed, and done very poorly.they are bubbly, not smooth and very crooked.very disappointed.

I came here for sns nails the staff are really nice but on a couple of my fingers I got cut open or the side of nails

Got some acrylics done here which all ended up in odd shapes, some were thin and pointed upwards, the nail art was smudged, they left glue and polish all over my hands and nails and on top it off they are rough and bumpy. It’s a shame

I've been coming here for a while now and for the most part it's been good and the staff are friendly. However two weeks ago I had a pedicure /shellac that ended in disaster. I contracted a bacterial infection that made me a very sick woman and caused much pain. I had to be put on antibiotics and pain killers for a week and then do blood tests to make sure that I hadn't caught anything more serious. Clearly their hygiene and sterilization practices are NOT up to scratch.
