After trying 3 other companies to help me access my super, no return calls, slow to respond and every time I rung forgot who I was, I found kathie. And wow what a service.
Kathie responded to every call and message and if she couldn’t a simple text saying when she would call and if it would suit. She knew everything and got all the information needed which helped with the process as she was able to handle a lot of the paperwork side as I was working full time and dealing with 3 kids.
She took calls, made all, helped with wording and in the end helped me to get the amount I needed to get the surgery I need l.
Nothing was to hard and she remained polite and professional.
My super account required a lot more work and time to get the money released but Kathie took that on and stuck by me helping me the entire time. The hours she put in was above and beyond.

I engaged Kathie following a referral from a rehab facility in QLD Australia. From the moment she answered the phone Kathie was kind, compassionate, and eager to assist me with my initial Enquiry. She explained every detail and requirement. Metaphorically speaking she held my hand through what was quite an intimidating process. Her professionalism, promptness and efficiency was stellar. I made a personal decision after careful research to attend a rehabilitation facility in Thailand whose programme suited my particular needs. Kathy unfortunately had a conflict of interest with this facility due to loyalties with other rehab facilities in Thailand, regardless, Kathie was kind enough to explain to me her position with integrity and full transparency. Although she had completed some initial work for me, Kathie offered me a full refund. Her kindness and gentle nature was very soothing given the tumultuous time in my life.
