When I found out about release my super I was at rock bottom and had virtually no support. Having someone to help me through the super release process whilst trying to stay abstinent was exactly what I needed to ensure I was going to get the help I so desperately needed.
Thank you to Kathie and Rob for all their hard work. They were kind, understanding but still professional. Having someone to help me in my time of need has made a huge difference. It sped up the process dramatically and I am now only days away from getting the treatment I require.

Release My Super Saved My Life

Kathy from release my super was recomended to me by a family friend in late 2019. My mental health had deteriated due to a marital breakdown and prescription drug use. I was scared lost and confused.

I desperately needed to access my super to attend a retreat / rehab to repair my mind body and soul.

I rang Kathie and the minute she answered the phone I knew id made the right decision.

She eliminated all the stress that come along with the paper work and countless hours talking to the ato that i simply could not have started in the state i was in.

For a small fee she quite literally saved my life by getting me into a rehab. She would constantly call and text me to see how i was right up until i got into the clinic.
Even now clean and serene Kathy continues to check up on me.

I dont class Kathie as an associate or even as family i think she was an angel that I can thank for the life i live today.

So ill leave this 5 star review Kath but you deserve so much more, this doesnt do you justice.

Before contacting this business i had done the run around for days. Phone call after phone call, so much paperwork, so many emails and nothing. Kathie was amazing.supportive, fast acting, understanding, non judgemental and took control of the hard work that is often the barrier to people getting help so I could focus on helping and being their for my partner. Without Kathy I don't think we would have been able to achieve this. From the bottom of my heart thankyou! This service was well worth it!

Kathie and her team made this process so much easier, I was overwhelmed with the process and Kathie made me feel at ease all the way. We were desperate to have our daughter attend a rehabilitation clinic, but we’re not in a financial position to do so, only through accessing our super. I can say now that we have our daughter back. It’s like seeing her for the first time all over again. And I truly thank Kathie for that ️

Where do I begin? Without sounding over the top I truly mean every single word with this review. Before I met Kathie, I knew I needed access to my super to get psychiatric help but I had no idea about how much or where I was going to go. Kathie not only helped me get my super out, she recommended a place that she felt would suit my specific needs and am looking forward to going next week. But regarding the process, Kathie made it as smooth and stress free as she possibly could. She knew how bad my condition is and made sure I had very little to worry about even with some of the hurdles she made sure they were all taken care of. Kathie will go the extra mile and it isn't for the money, she genuinely cares and that's why I completely trusted her with this whole process. I wouldn't recommend nor trust anyone else to have done this for me and I'll forever be grateful to Kathie for helping me get this opportunity to seek adequate mental health care.
