Release My Super

I contacted Kathie from Release My Super after being referred by a friend. Kathie got things moving straight away and within 3 days already had approval for a partial release from the ATO. Things didn't slow down with my Super Fund processing the request the next day.
But the positive result in such a short time frame isn't my reason for writing. Kathie showed me empathy and compassion that went above and beyond what you could reasonably expect from your family and friends much less a stranger. Thank you Kathie.

After the first conversation with Kathie on the phone, she made me feel secure and at ease, which was very important in the current state I was in. Her communication and understanding was superior, all while showing great empathy towards and me. She supported my fiancé and me through the entire process of accessing my Super, above and beyond what I could ever have imagined. If she wasn't available, which was very rare, Rob was on standby and he too, offered reassurance. Kathie was the first step in what for me was absolutely detrimental in recognising I needed and deserved to be my number one priority going forward. Kathie has contributed largely to improving my mental & physical health and I'm now feeling awake and wanting to live my life and I know it will be full of endless possibilities.xx

I cannot even find the words to say how grateful I am to Kathie at Release My Super. IVF is already a very stressful journey, let alone trying to tick all the boxes to use your super for it. I was feeling defeated when we found Kathie, who managed to get us a psychiatry appointment the same day where others had a wait list of months! She is always contactable, very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. Using RMS removed a huge amount of stress, thank you! I would highly recommend RMS to anyone needing to access their super.

Kathie provided a seemless experience to help me gain access to my super and walked me though every step of the way. Her contact skills were next level. Always answers the phone or returns the call within minutes. Her team helped me navigate through quite an intense period in my life and she is very personable and always willing to chat about everyday life also. It’s clear to me her way of communication is more than a business or a service and is quite personal to her. Highly recommend!

Very efficient and caring service. If you are considering whether or not to withdraw super to do rehab - you just need to do it before your addiction gets any worse.

What can I say my wife got in contact with kathie from release my super and what an amazing person she is nothing was too hard and she felt bad about charging us for the Dr but you know what to help us have another round of ivf what can I say nothing but exceptional service easy and honest to deal with nothing was ever to much trouble she understood the trauma my wife had been through and she made the whole process easy do yourself a favour and use this amazing service 5 stars is nowhere near enough we both thank you from the bottom of our hearts and hope our next round of ivf brings the wee baby we both desire

Fast and efficient service, Kathie was soo helpful in coordinating everything and she ensured we got an appointment promptly. The ATO approved our application with no issues. Would highly recommend

My experience with Kathie was absolutely amazing. She helped me significantly with a difficult situation in minimal time. The service provided could not be faulted. She takes her job seriously and you can hear the genuineness in her voice, wanting to help already vulnerable people. Kathie has been so helpful in making this difficult time easier to navigate. My brother had hit rock bottom with addiction and he realised he needed help in the form of a private rehab, however without accessing his super he had no funds to pay it. Kathie provided a platform to speed up the process and within days we had a psychiatrist appointment with an addiction specialist and got ATO approval faster than if we had to figure it all out on our own. He is off to rehab today! Thanks Kathie - the work you do for people has immeasurable results and assists people to make real change x

There comes a time in life where "life happens", thankfully there are real people out there that can help and whom really do care. Thank you so much Kathie for being there and doing what you do.

Kathie absolutely went above and beyond to help me at a time when I was almost ready to just give up and throw myself into thousands of dollars of debt for life saving surgery.
From the moment I called, she took the lead straight away and knew exactly which documents were needed, what needed to happen, and who to call which really put my mind at ease.
Through the whole process her communication has been A1, she works day and night for her clients and delivers exactly what she says, on time.
You can tell straight away that Kathie is passionate about helping people and her friendly, warm manner just makes everything so much easier.

If you are looking for incredibly kind humans that really know there stuff in this space, then look no further! Kathie helped me from day one & made the process (which is not easy to do on your own if you don’t know what you’re doing!) very straightforward & easy to manage. Having someone who was understanding, compassionate & competent made this process a whole lot easier. I’m forever grateful for their help! And I was able to access with super within 2 weeks of their help, opposed to 3-6 months! I highly highly recommend? Beautiful souls & worth every cent I spent.

Release My Super gave me hope where there was none, my world was falling to pieces and I was powerless to do anything. From the first phone call to Kathie and Rob I felt a sense of hope.
