Regency Windows

It has been a pleasure dealing with Thomas and Regency Windows for the last year for a house build. From the start Thomas has gone above and beyond for us. As soon as we met Thomas we knew we were going to use him as his customer service was above the rest of the other companies we dealt with. Our windows are amazing and we would highly recommend Thomas and Regency Windows.

I got some Large Sliding Doors from these guys, very nice quality, reasonable price. Very happy indeed.

They don't contact you back. After an initial enquiry, I got a response asking if I wanted aluminum windows and indicated the timeframe. I replied and said yes and no worries on timeframe, they said someone will be in contact. Nobody contacted me, I followed up twice and again nobody came back. Don't bother.

Most unprofessional window manufacturer we've dealt with to date. Avoid. Wasted our time and delayed project first indicating they would organise a quote then opting not to. This is NOT relating to covid, very misleading to have claimed so in the reply. Could have easily provided indicative quote and decisions over email to help us plan and ensure windows were ordered with sufficient lead time. Instead opted to waste our time. I also asked one of our tradies on there experiences with regency and confirmed this is probably the best outcome to not deal with them as there are better options.

Seamless from start to finish. Thomas at Regency helped us worth through all options to find the best products for our needs, and all service, communications, delivery and the final products were top notch. Would highly recommend.

Raf, Jannina and Regency Windows have completely surprised me with the service they offered me last week when I damaged a window and needed to repair and secure the window. They were professional and courteous, prompt and efficient, friendly and helpful, and far exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome on what began as a very ‘bad’ day. If I was still teaching and writing in business management (I’ve retired) I would be using them as an example of best practice in customer relations and support. And their windows are great too. I cannot thank them enough.

We just had delivery and installation of the most fabulous double glazed, thermally broken french doors. Great service, courteous and professional. Regency windows replaced a number of second story windows surrounded by Alucabond. The very hard working team of Blake, Marcus, Danny and everyone else that I could not remember their names did a fabulously professional job. Every window was compliant as per AWA. Siklaflex and end dams were utilised to ensure no future leaks. A ten year guarantee was also given for rectification works. Would not hesitate to use Regency Windows again. Giovanni was always available and most importantly very honest.

We recently had Regency Windows complete a full house replacement, to more energy efficient double glazed windows. From first discussions with Giovanni, to Danny/Marcus and Jacob on the install, the job was done quickly and professionally. We are already seeing benefits in lower usage of our heater. We would highly recommend the team at Regency!

When it come to customs made windows & doors, Regency Windows are the cream of the crop, these guys have been around for 30 years and know what they are doing.

They have manufacturer quality aluminium windows and doors for our residential and commercial projects.

Prices are competitive, quick production and service is on point. Highly recommend.

I found Harry's service and expertise advice invaluable when selecting windows for the building I serve as an OC committee member for. The OC are grateful for the quality service and product installation provided by Regency Windows. The service was genuinely 'old school' and honest and completely reliable. Nothing ever seemed to be a problem. Also, Regency Window's are extremely credible window installer, be careful not to use any 'cowboy' window installers, even if they seem to be cheaper, it just isn't worth it; the windows (glass) have to be safe and fit well apparently for OH&S and compliance reasons. So, I really looked around and found that this company was going to be the most effective for all the owners windows in the block and for the long term.
