Highly recommend the team at Regency windows. Ewan came out to quote our 3 panel glass door replacement. He was extremely knowledgeable & friendly. The team who installed arrived early, were extremely friendly and quick to complete the job.

This is the only place you should call for Windows or Doors. New ones, replacements, whatever - call these guys. Really professional outfit, tradesmen turned up on time and installed exactly what we wanted as quoted. Yes, we had to wait a while after the quote but that's what happens when there's someone doing good work - everybody wants it! Really happy with the quality of the product and installation.

Great quality of work, clean and tidy. Even for a small job, service and communication with especially with Tom was top notch.

We installed windows for our Sunroom but after a couple of months one of the windows started to crack, Phoned Ewan & he replaced it, then after another month the other window cracked I phoned him again & asked him why this is occurring & was informed that I should have told him that I wanted my windows tinted so he blamed the guys who did the Tinting for the windows when I contacted them they said it had nothing to do with the Tint as they tinted several windows for customers & had no issues.

Well till today we are with a cracked window as Regency Windows refuse to replace it free of charge they have informed us that we should have informed them that we were going to tint the windows & on top of that they have asked us to pay another $4290 to change the windows that also without the Tint

I would definitely not recommend anyone as we have had a very bad experience we initially paid $14,000 & now we are still awaiting for the cracked window to be fixed which we will have to go somewhere else to fix this bad work

Reputational issues dealing with them was not able to resolve. Suggest asking for reference sites before ordering windows from here.

My experience with Regency Windows was smooth from initial enquiry to installation. Giovanni was friendly and responsive and helped me choose the best option for new balcony doors. The installers on the day were efficient, did a great job of installing the doors and cleared everything up afterward. I’m very happy with the final result.

Fantastic install experience. Took us through options in the showroom so we understood all aspects and features. Love the final finish, all workmanship is top quality. Very satisfied with the modern looking doors. Clearly the best option.

I had 3 different companies come out to measure and quote replacement of a 45 year old wooden sliding patio door. Regency was the only one that came equipped with brochures to show me what I was getting. When I asked for the barrier screen to have an external grid, Regency was the only one that said yes. When I asked for an extra handle to be placed at head height for child proofing, Regency was the only one that said yes. The installation was quick and professional, and we are extremely pleased that we found Regency. We'll be calling them to replace wooden window frames soon!

This is the second time we have used this company. First time for our upstairs windows and this time for three downstairs windows. Giovanni is easy to deal with and very obliging. The crew turned up on time, worked solidly and cleaned up all the mess. Very professional!
The new windows look great and will save us a lot painting in the future.

Requested a quote from this company 2 weeks ago, have not heard a thing from them, so looking elsewhere. I really wonder how some companies survive if they cannot even supply a requested service, they then complain about a lack of business.

Jon and the Regency team were very accomodating and flexible with our needs. From the designing/planning stage right through to delivery and the quality of our doors itself, they provided a high level of customer service and constant communication. Would highly recommend their services, without any hesitation. We had our builder install our doors.

Wasted an hour of my time in the showroom talking to the rep who then asked me to email my plans and window schedule so the job can be quoted up, which I did. Then crickets.followed up three times via phone, and twice via email. Nothing. Business is obviously going very well that they cant get back to potential clients.a simple 'sorry, we're too busy to take on any new projects at this stage' would've sufficed and I would've gone on my merry way.

The AWS profile system is actually good though, credit given where credit is due.

All individuals involved were knowledgeable, experienced, flexible and friendly. The products themselves are equally as fantastic and have transformed our living and dining spaces. I highly recommend Regency for all your window and glass door needs and will definitely be using them again myself.

Appalling company who will damage your property, won't take responsibility.

In 2019 Regency Windows destroyed a window frame in my property when installing new windows (see attached photos). They were notified about it within 14 days of installation as stipulated by the contract. Giovanni from this company has spent the last 2/1/2 years dodging communication and refusing to take any responsibility even though there is absolutely no contention whatsoever that Regency's people directly caused the damage.

I have had to contract someone else to fix it and as a result am out of pocket.

Unless you would like your property damaged and you would like to pay yourself to get fixed, stay away from them.

Our job was our first as owner-builder and having zero experience with doors and windows - dealing with Thomas throughout the process was great. He was patient explaining and going through all the options with us, pricing was competitive and the quality was definitely better than other manufacturers.
The whole supply and install process was good too - there's a fair bit of detail to get sorted and while there were little hiccups along the way, they were always resolved happily and quickly by the crew at Regency and we got the job we wanted, without it being stressful which was fantastic.
Would highly recommend Regency to family and friends.
