I had three aluminium windows made and installed by Regency. I'm so pleased with the result. They look great and work perfectly. The service was professional all the way through the process - from the measure and quote to installation, and after care. Thank you Regency.

Called the compony to get a quote, got a one sentence answer, send us an e mail, someone will respond. When asked what sort of glasses you provide, there are different glasses, it depends on what you want, no help or suggestion, as if not interested in business! Bye bye!

Drama after drama with this lot, caused building damage and refused to take responsibility after an owner and a tenant both saw them do the damage! Also was quoted for something they didn't work with my unit and once it was installed they told me that i signed the quote so it was on me to change - well you would think that if you are getting a quote from a professional that they would quote you on something that would fit? ! Not worth the hassle

I had a very poor experience with regency windows several years ago. Whilst finalising our order and trying to confirm a delivery date they obviously decided they didn't need our business and wouldn't return phone calls. Requests to speak with the manager were denied. Very poor customer service.

Regency Windows removed an old garage tilt door and replaced it with a sliding glass door unit and screen. They arrived on time, did a superb installation and removed all the old parts. The guys were very friendly and efficient. We couldn’t be happier - Thankyou.

Took the time to explain specifications and styles, energy efficiency ratings, showed us the range of Regency windows and gave us follow up documentation (Energy Efficiency Certificate) after window installation. Absolute 5 Star service all the way. I was introduced to Raf & Regency Windows through a Roof Plumber I knew and it pays to be recommended by someone in the know. Not only was Raf very personable and easy to deal with so were the actual installers. Led by Ewan, Marcus, Rob and Co from start to finish I could not recommend them more highly. A+

I had a job done by them which was good but at a later date, when I needed a alteration done to the job, the service became terrible. I tried about 4-5 times contacting them and they just didn't want to help - most disppointing. Then after I posted this review, I received a abusive call from a sales man that did not want to listen but over speak me to prove himself right - what has happened to good customer service - it's not with this company - Mark

Absolutely fabulous service across the quote to installation stages. So happy with the final product we are going to order more.

Very responsive (some firms didn’t even bother to send us a quote), very good wait time (especially considering Covid delays), installation was earlier than anticipated, installers were punctual and friendly, and the product is solid and well designed. We are very happy with their work and product. Will definitely use their business again.
Update: We ordered double glazed aluminum windows and just had them installed. Beautifully detailed work and friendly, punctual installers. Hubby and I are very happy. We highly recommend Regency Windows.
