Ordered only 6 large chips then waited at the window for 5 minutes after paying nearly $30.
Never got told how much it was at speaker otherwise i wouldn't of bothered.
Eventually someone said can you park in the waiting bay please.
After a futher 10ish minutes we got our chips but only after i started walking to the front entrance to find out what was going on.
We tried the chips as soon as we started driving off and they were different colours, Rubbery and cold.
I was literally in disbelief lol.
Never again.

Chicken in meals was juicy and tender
Pineapple fritters in Tropicana pack are excellent, friendly counter staff too

They have mucked up the chips from large to small at some point. But besides that. Everything is fresh and cooked well! Perfect amount of salt and nice and hot when recieved!

Red rooster, it's decent. It is quite a small place. The bathrooms are small and the taps didn't run properly. It would be better if there were a few more tables for larger groups as there was only 3 and then some small tables. The food quality was alright, but maybe the rolls that the burgers where in could be a bit thicker. Over all 3 stars.

Chips were the most brown, soggy disgusting things I've ever eaten. Is this a joke? It's crazy that you would serve someone this food

The promotions are great value, chicken is nice.
Eating at red rooster is on the expensive side though.

Chicken is too small exspecially for the $$ you pay, could go to a charcoal chicken shop and pay half and get better chicken and chips (with chicken salt too), but i say the pineapple fritters are to die for. (when done properly)

Why is it cheaper buying 2 packs of 3 wings for $3.95 ($7.90 total) compared to the 6 pack of wings adding up to $7.95?

Different experience every time. Sometimes the food is good. Sometimes the food is cold and chips taste terrible. Not the friendliest staff. Most won’t even fake a smile. At least there’s a few of them that are polite.

Miserable staff bringing new meaning to the term 'Service With A Scowl.
In an area with a large choice of places to eat, they need to up their game.

Every time I come here they stuff up the order through drive thru, today I got cold chips and a rooster roll missing the sauce in it. Asked before to swap chips for hot ones and they throw my chips back in the fryer and gave them back to me full of dripping brown fat.

You are charged for sause when having what they call chicken strips, i could get from a supermarket and cook better myself, like not burning them.chips are overly salty, and undercooked, burger that not even my dog would eat, and that said a lot to me, thats the food, the staff member i dealt with today was a rude obnoxious, she should realise when people ask question like why does red roster charge for sauce and you dont get one for free when you get 5 chicken strips at $2.30 each! It not about her and to answer if she is aware of why. Not to start being rude to the customer, and making them feel that it was wrong to ask a question!
