Very slow staff, order took ages to fufill. Lucky I didn't leave before paying. As they didn't greet me at the window. The spicy wings were good, but the staff, were not

I really loved the new spicy chicken, very good, and a special thanks to the team who made a batch for me a week before the official launch of the new flavour

I went to eat in the store today and ended up leaving quite quickly due to having ants crawling on my table and dead flies on the windowsill. The chips and gravy were good but the store is a mess

They advertise 10 cheese nuggets for $5 on the menu and then say yeah that's an old menu it needs to be changed and charge me $9

I haven't had red rooster in years. It tasted so good, got my old favorites being the cheesy nuggets and chips with extra salt!

Rubbish & expenses for a Aussie classic Now run by lazy kids with no Idea how a real Chicken shop áhould be managed. Poorly maintained. RR & MD, s Frankston has killed Good Aussie Takeaway for me 4 Ever.

The wrost red roster I've ever been to.
Item on the board was told they don't make it anymore. But still on full display. Then gave me the wrong burger. And then came me a new burger which was poorly made. And was cold as were the chips

Satisfryer is better than the other alternative for fried chicken. They also do $5 lunch deals which are very good value.

5 STARS to Karingal Red Rooster best Crispy Chicken I have ever had! Always fresh and the service is amazing. The restaurant is always spotless and the staff always look after me. Well done I will keep come back and back!

This is supposed to be a rooster roll. I asked for another one and not to be microwaved. What did it receive - another microwaved roll. Do you wonder why you're ratings are so low.
MANAGEMENT are in charge but they aren't really with quality like this.

First time having Red Rooster in about 20 years and it tasted great. But I don't understand why they don't have any menu on display at all at the drive through window. Had to search for the menu on the internet on my phone while at the window.

Depends who is rostered on the day, one day you will get what is requested.disappointed

This particular store I haven't any complaints. It is a lot like any Red Rooster that has decent service.

After waiting for about 15mins I still didn’t get the gravy I asked for in the roll. They made a new one which I threw in the bin because it was inedible. Sloppy microwaved mush.

Worst waste of money in the world. The burger roll was hard as a rock. Never again Disgusting lack of food hygiene.

Last two times I've been there to order a family meal, I have not received what I wanted. The last time, I received this weird collection of different types of potato and a whole chicken which I asked to have cut but it wasn't.
Twice now, I have received the worst service and food I've ever experienced. This place is so bad now, I have no idea how this place is still even in business.

They forgot my gravy. And when I got home with the food the bag tore open from top to bottom and the food went everywhere.

Very busy when I visited leading to a long wait, but staff handled it pretty well with omly the chips being a little below par than normal.

Red Rooster Karingal have great food and I used to order a delivery from them regularly (I no longer drive so can't pick up). Alas they stopped delivering to Langwarrin. I hope they may rethink it for 2021. Please!

Went through the drive thru today first time in a while n bought 2 rooster rolls.
. Went to eat and 1 was cold in the middle and second was barely warm.didnt bother trying the chips
