The chicken is good. The staff need to be trained more and understand the menu a little bit better. Make sure you're getting what you want by asking about what's included in your ordered meal. Moderately priced food.
I experienced the best customer service today by the shift manager Maddie from Karingal Red rooster! She really knows how to run an effective and efficient team on a busy night and was so helpful when taking our orders and assisting us. Not everyday you experience exceptional customer service like that and honestly most fast food places these days don’t deliver anything like it anymore but it’s good to know there are still awesome people out there! Great job to the team in Karingal and Maddi who runs an efficient team by providing excellent service and team work! (Sorry if I misspelt her name)
Shame the staff didn't know the menu and the screens were out for me to choose. Just wanted a roast dinner that used to get but it's either not there anymore and the staff did not know what I wanted and ended up giving me the wrong thing. Ended up going to a local chicken shop
The food was good, but this is not a place you want to eat in. The dining area is very worn out and could do with a refresh. It is certainly not very inviting.
Customer service ordering was good, manager seemed rude on the phone and gave me the whole "what would you like me to do about it" attitude, certainly wasn't asking for a replacement u der those circumstances. Anyways to the food, chicken wings, bacon and onion rings over cooked and then seemed to have sat around for ages. Chicken in burger was thick at one end and paper thin at the other. Dunno how this place is still in buisness
Absolutely pityfil I don't know what's worse, them or Menulog! I returned my meal to the store ($38) because it was stone cold, RR says its Menulogs fault, menulog say it's RR's fault! And would only credit $15 to my menulog account, of which I never want to deal with them again! Without doubt, I will never step foot in that place again. Far from being my first problem with this store. The franchiser and menulog have a perfect relationship as they are both as bad as each other!
This Red Rooster has dropped drastically in quality over the years. Ordered a couple of Rippa Rolls meals amongst other items, there’d be softer baguettes left from the 18th century than the ones used in the Rippa Rolls. Chips were colder than a cast iron toilet seat on the shady side of an iceberg. Wings resembled those of a bat. Will return though for those cheesy nugs
I ordered 6 chicken tenders and received 5 tenders and a piece of chicken smaller than a nugget as the 6th definitely not going back
They are slay. Staff very Friendly and helpful the service was fast and kitchen was very pleasing to the eye it looked and felt clean. Food was hot and yummy

I ordered dinner through door dash, when food came the order was incorrect. I contacted door dash and was told that the workers at red rooster had given that order (being. Wrong) and door dash couldn’t get hold of the restaurant. So I had to go down there myself and speak to the workers, instead of being sorry for the inconvenience, they proceeded to tell me how hard their night had been. They gave me the correct order with no form of trying to fix the situation.
I ordered online because leaving tue house was difficult, and then after paying for delivery they didn’t even think to offer any compensation.
Went there tonight there rooster rolls always have gross brown chicken (it should be breast chicken only.) Plus it was $31.95 for the burger box got and $5 nuggets so the tenders were $15 as order cost $54 absolutely disgusting with the quality and price and size of the tenders will never go back again plus bloke on drive through looked and sounded like he had covid and was wearing a mast absolutely appalling food and customer service.
Sadly I have never really had a great experience here.
The food always looks hastily thrown together and half the time they don't have what you want.
It's like they don't care. Very frustrating as we have tried numerous times and never once have you had an order that we weren't frustrated about.
Don't know why we even bother going here any more & today is the last we will. 5 out of 5 wrong orders the last 5 times.
Unless you want a complete order FU, don't go here as it's a waste of time.
Take the extra time & go to the one in Frankston North.
Appalling the worse red rooster every time I go there I leave disappointed the most upsetting thing is when you ask for a breast piece of chicken (a piece of meat I am paying for and deserve to get what asl for and pay for as I do not eat the brown meat it taste gross to me) they never ever give me what I ask for. The chip packets are always half full the nee menu is nothing but disappointing, the rooster rolls look and taste like a 3 year child out then together. A word of warning to everyone never go here unless you want to waste your money
If I could give no stars, I would. What an absolute disgrace. The staff just drop the food on the counter, don't even fill the bag or box full of chips. The gentleman with curly hair (Manager/In Charge?) was complaining about a customer who had just called him about not receiving his full order and we coul here the whole story be told the staff whilst imitating the customer. NO RESPECT. Needs to remember who is contributing to his wages. Staff were a atrocious and I, along with others in your shop on Friday night won't be back. Really disappointing.
Super friendly staff, good food, hot and fresh. Loving the new rippas compared to the old fillets
If I could give 0 stars I would. Spicy chicken made my son violently vomit for 12 hours and chips were cold with little salt on them. $35 for spicy chicken and a regular chips that I had to chuck. Not impressed! Next time I feel like chicken I'll drive over to Charcoal chicken as will never step foot back in your shop.

My sister and I went there today, very very slow staff and very unenthusiastic. They clearly didnt want to be working at all.
They forgot about my order then when I eventually got it it was wrong as well as my sisters!
And they got another persons order wrong I over heard.
Cold food, unsalted chips. Not worth it, won't be coming here again.
