Their new fried chicken is the best the way fried chicken should be. Crispy, juicy and tasty! Combine it with their gravy and you have a winning combo. The fries need to be cooked longer and needs a bit more seasoning however. Their customer service was exceptional for a fast food service. The ladies at the front are quality staff. The restaurant is clean and well kept I felt safe. However use their own delivery service not DOORDASH! Doordarshan drivers are unreliable and slow.

Just try the $2 crunchy fried chicken. It's okay, but from the colour of the skin very obvious they reuse old cooking oil to fry.

Always a pleasure going to this store on flemington road. Great service by front staff Meg, the staff always serves you with a smile. Fresh food and fast service.

I haven't been to Red Rooster for years so I wasn't sure what to expect. We ordered whole chicken for takeaway. The place was clean and very quiet for a weekend.
Staff was polite and our order was ready quite quickly.
The chicken itself is flavourful, more so compared to Woolies roast chicken. It is more expensive but not by much.

I stepped in the store today around 11: 40am. Staff was polite but very very slow because those three girls were busy in talking and abusing each other in their language. I could understand everything as I am from same nationality! This was very disrespectful as they were very loud.

I ordered a rippa roll normally but today tried their new fried chicken pieces. Great deal for a snack for 2$. Fresh food and great service by the team members at drive thru. You guys nailing it. Keep up the good work.would come back for more.

Rude and unprofessional boy working on Thursday night on 10/09. Would never come back here because of him.he slammed the drive through window on my face and it was second time he behaved like this.hope he get to know how to behave when on job.before this store go less than 3 star rating for the customer services because of these indian staff.

Ordered a red rooster role through Door Dash and it had no mayo on it! Just dry chicken inside a white bun. Don't waste your money, order from literally anywhere else.

Best red rooster ive ever been too and im from WA. Staff were friendly and bought food to our table for dine in, very speedy, meal was cooked perfect and looked like the picture, store was also spotless and clean cant believe it was a fast food restaurant haha!

Eh food was alright, they just kind of threw everything into the box though, chips everywhere and the order was supposed to have potato and gravy and I just got a gravy.

Food was fresh and well prepared.the staff at counter can provide better service by just smiling.

Very inconsistent service and quality at this red rooster, chips are regularly stale and usually takes a little bit to be served even if the manager is on his personal phone in the front area while still having the drive through mic on.

Employees are required to teach, not to curse him. Nevermind, I hope after my post, it won't happen again.
