Zero customer service, not even a return smile! Burger was an over cooked deep fried reconstituted chicken pattie and the ripper roast roll was at least chicken but squashed into a sweaty microwaved bread roll which looked more like a wrinkly sponge, not appetizing in the slightest, will never return to this store ever again. For what we spent on lunch, we should have gone to Nandos and had real chicken burgers

Only place to go for a whole chicken pay little bit extra but so worth it always nice and plump without being greasy

Went inside instead of driving thru and the one attendant working the counter treated me like I was an inconvenience and a bother. No greeting, just, “What’s your order? ” She did not ask if I wanted gravy or sauce with my chips, and when I requested gravy after my order came up she said she hadn’t charged me for it. I asked if any—even just one—sauce was included with an order of chips and she rolled her eyes and said no like I’m an idiot. Seriously, lose the attitude and be willing to toss a single BBQ sauce in the bag if you forget to ask the customer in advance.

I come to this Red Rooster a minimum of once a week and must say I am never disappointed. The food and staff are always exceptional. The quality and consistency is unlike any other fast food company (including other Red Rooster chains). Please let your team know they are doing great work.

Argumentative staff and terrible food. Felt sick after eating under cooked chicken that was pink half way through. Avoid this place at all cost.

Fantastic service. Staff always happy and friendly. Very fast service compared to other Red Rooster stores I've been too.

Not happy with the customer service there. Very rude manager! I hope your store shuts down due to your racist attitude.

Stood there today waiting to be served, girl was there seen us then walked in the back. No acknowledgement at all very very rude will never be back.

Was just served by Donna who has exceptional customer service, she told me with what I wanted I could get the same for a little cheaper.
Totally friendly and helpful. I wish there was more customer service provided like Donna had provided me with today everywhere else.

Terrible communication from counter to backroom, ask me if up size is wanted, then after a yes, give a smaller meal but still charge as a large, a simple fix is to just give the customer what they paid for, not call a manager and embarrass the customer further, simple mistake that seemed to be a regular occurrence.

Very average and hit and miss with meals. Have had some great customer service here though but that stems from poor service in the first place. Will try once in a long while.

Above and beyond customer service, super friendly delivery drivers. First time I've ordered and they forgot something, was going to just forget about it but they came back and delivered it.
