Ordered a Tropicana box tonight and got home to discover i had a very small piece of chicken and no chips.yes not one chip and most of the skin was missing from the small piece of chicken.when i rang the store the girl i spoke to was very apologetic however I still had no chips and a very ordinary bit of chicken.edit one year later no chips again and blaming me

Service was slow, got the impression there wasn't anyone there with too much passion - not much energy or vibrancy about the place

Bad experience today. Partner ordered meals and brought them home without checking. The Chips tasted like they had been in the tray so long that they had reheated them. They were hard and tasted like they had no potato in them.

Rotten lettuce in a rippa is always fantastic. There response I will make sure they take more care. If you cared it wouldn't of happened to begin with. Pathetic!

I ordered a rippa roll combo at the drive through, got offered 10 nugs for an extra 6 bucks. Took the offer. Paid in full, got home to find chips and nugs without the rippa roll.

I know they employ kids but gee. Please find kids further from the spectrum.

Number1 worst place and racist place. Long beard man and white skin lady so rude. They r both very rude.when I go pick order they said customer ring them delivery food quick after I drop delivery to customer she said she did not ring restaurant about any delay. They both are 1 lying as well. Never ever go there even personal dining. Sham of this kind of people.

Very disappointed. If there was an option for less than 1 star, I’d use that.
I ordered lunch today 12: 50 for my family, with asap choice, 1: 38 received a text saying delivered, while nothing have been received. Than another text saying "delivery modified or canceled.reach out to them directly for more info". I called them at 1: 45pm they asked me to wait 15 to 20 mins as they just sent the food out with the driver. My kids were verrry hungry waiting their food. 2: 40pm I called them again, asked to talk to the manager, he said: sorry, not sure what happened with your food. I can refund your money" that was all from them.
They accept online orders and take the money but the order disappeared. So now my family is without food and I have to find another good shop to order food from.

Ordered red rooster tonight around 8: 20pm waiting in drive thru over 15 mins no apology got my order wrong, I asked for large Tropicana very angry to get home only to find I did not receive my large chips! I live 30 mins away very disappointed tonight

Very disappointed!
We had ordered lunch with two rooster roll meals, kids meal and some deserts.
Got home chips were not cooked kids meal was cold and pineapple fritters not even cooked. Missing our chocolate mousse too! Called up they said they would replace and make fresh. Round two- chips the same! They were like eating a raw potato not hot and fluffy. Mousse was also frozen! The photo attached is two pineapple fritters one from each visit. Look at the colour difference-

Move over K*C there’s a new game changer in town. The crispy chicken here is actually crispy and the spicy fried chicken is so damn good. It’s so damn good that it’s the only thing that’s cheering me up today. Like I know people say you need to see light at the end of the tunnel but today there’s a triple spicy tender chicken burger at the end of my tunnel and that’s even better.

Also the customer service is exceptional. They really do go above and beyond here and Josh and Ebony are just so lovely!

Fried chicken was not fresh - staff didn't give receipt for review.
I was raving about the crispy fried chicken and even brought my co-workers with me, only to be served with fried chicken that's been sitting there for no one knows how long. Disappointing.
Paying full price to receive old fried chicken - thought they cook it fresh? Not coming back.

You're chicken today is super salty.please be consistent in putting salt.sometimes ok but today.it's like I'm eating salt.

Rude workers.have 18chicken option then you ask for it and they say I should’ve called before hand lazy lazy useless workers

I ordered through drive-thru today. Was greated by Josh. He has excellent customer service skills! Made the order promptly. Very happy with the service I received today.

Not happy at all my order arrived 12hrs after I ordered it and i rang them to cancel it and no one could help me no customer service what a joke redrooster melton

My best mate started working here a few weeks ago he was iso when he got back asked one question and he got treated so horribly n abused by two workers. He reported it and got told he’s useless. He came home crying and now depressed.this is disgusting and you wonder why yous are going out of business do better.

Went through drive through was served by Josh the guy knows how to bring the vibes. Dudes funny as hell. Don't normally get service that's memorable for the right reasons. Keep it up Josh

Drive through slow as honestly go to maccas 4time the amount of cars and an 4th of the waiting time.
