Red Rooster reviews
55Ordered chicken rooster roll, when it arrived it was fake dry waterlogged like out of a packet chicken on a microwaved out squashed bun. No real chicken shame on you, all about profit
Of the two restaurants I've been to lately, one was mostly fine (Rowville), the other disappointing (Endeavour Hills). The best food, Hot Chicken Roll, in my opinion. I really don't want to be too negative here about anything else. PS - the staff were fine at both locations.
Very bad service they don't want to listen what you want to order rippa was very cold fries was dry and too much salt
Food was nice. The restaurant looked like an old house. The tables needed a good clean I had to go and ask for our table to be wiped down. The newspaper was 2 weeks old
The young girl who served us was very friendly and polite. Brought us our food and was very pleasant.
Disappointing food presented. Chicken burger had been over microwaved and was tasteless and chips were overcooked and dry. I asked for no salt on chips but tasted like they had been cooked in a salt bath - could not eat went in bin. Had trouble entering store as sign on door said use other door then sign on that door said use side door but was directed by patron to use first door what a joke. 1st and last time. POOR would give no stars if i could.
Not bad. Usual food and average prices. Rolls always served squashed but the chicken is good. Always empty and service is good.
Food is consistent at all the Red Roosters we've been to but they all have the same weird vibe. The Dandenong felt dirty and old. The staff looked and sounded unhappy.
Good service. Good food.
Store itself and parking lot could use a good upgrade though. With 1 broken door, and barely visible/no parking lines. Just feels and looks very rundown.
Bit disappointed with today's Red Rooster takeaway. We ordered two loaded fries without gravy. Chips were only half cooked and very little chicken.
This Red Rooster building is starting to show signs of neglect and age, a little run down. Staff were fine. Food was ok.
The potatoes and carrots tasted like they were deep fat fried in a week’s old grease then popped in a fan forced oven for 2 hours, while the green peas tasted like they were boiled in sewage water, I didn’t even bother trying the gravy. One star for the well-seasoned chicken. Never again!
The service here was good tonight, walked into the store, the lady that served us was friendly and the meal came out quickly there were a few people in front of us.
One if the few red roosters that do not over salt their chips and they are actually crispy and not oily.
No rush take your time it's so tranquil at this place but once you step out the Rat Race is on.lol
